Very good variety of games

Very good variety of games, good points system and £10 PayPal for your first deposit after creating an account.
Payment might take a few days and customer service is excellent, replies quickly and always helps.
Definitely recommend.

No customer service

Haven't credited my boosted welcome promo. No way of getting in contact with them about a specific issue. They have no email address. My last account disappeared randomly and unexpectedly and I lost all of my points. The terrible customer service is the biggest let down. If you do an offer you have to just hope for the best that you will get what was offered.

The PayPal £10 sign up bonus was never…

The PayPal £10 sign up bonus was never paid out to me after completing all steps of the offer. There is no support email or chat to get in contact with.

The port points seem set up to make it hard to cash out. You have to sign up and stake money with many different sites (maybe 4-5??) before you can achieve a membership level to redeem points. This is not clear when being introduced to the site.

Bingoport have no support contact…

Bingoport have no support contact information email. I have emailed several times and they have all bounced back. I cashed an amazon voucher for 20 pounds a few weeks ago. The points were deducted but no voucher arrived. No way of contacting them in any shape or form. It would appear there is something very suspicious with this site

I was not paid the money after withdrawn. I cannot delete my account from this site either. I really believe gambling is not good, and I have seen people suffering shameful disappointments .... Don't be one of them, it is not worth

"Your message wasn't delivered to helpat bptsupport dot co dot uk because the domain bptsupport.co.uk couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. "
