Excellent Services & a Fantastic App making everything easier
First, I used this company because they responded to me in a timely manner (within 48 hours). To me, this is part of great customer service - whether you can service or take the customer, you at least acknowledge the person who made the enquiry.
They have a great App that works fantastic for any contractors or customers using their services. It makes junk removal and waste management so easy.
We had two big tree trunks lying on our backyard. It was the morning of the ice storm and we were just worried if they will show up as scheduled. Sure enough they arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment.
They asked questions when they were not sure (like removing other wood pieces in the same pile) and they offered to help us remove other junks that they saw lying around (like rods, tubes and PVCs etc.). They were swift and tidy, no messy debris left behind and we could see great teamwork within their organization.
Afterwards, they also kept us informed as to where the materials were delivered to for recycling and/or for garbage.
As I work for the construction industry, they seem to be pretty well informed on what's happening in the industry and aware of the regulations affecting waste disposal and contractors meeting LEED building standards.
Absolutely two thumbs up for them and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
