I’ve been purchasing abayahs from bintbladi for years know and alhamdiallah the quantity is always amazing and if there ever is a fault they sort the problem out very quickly they do lots of sales also which I like they are very reasonable priced as well .

Over the past year or so I’ve purchased 7/8 two-piece Jilbabs from BintBladi in different colours. And I’ve got to say NOT EVEN ONE of them did not have something or another wrong with them. Either the skirt was made from leftover material (made from 4 panels of material so it has 4 seam lines in it!) or the hole where the face goes through is too small (I am petite and have a very small face. all the others fit around my face fine, so this particular one was 100% faulty), or the fabric has visible imperfections in it, which will eventually turn into holes in the fabric. I received a partial refund on my first order as one or two of them were completely useless (and that was only after having to post negative comments on Instagram, as they were at first ignoring my request for a refund, telling me I had gone past the return period, but I had ordered them to wear during Ramadan, so I didn’t try them on until then) but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they will not repeat the same mistake after I had given them the negative feedback, hoping they would ensure they improve the quality of their garments. But how wrong was I! I placed another couple of orders and the same issue, some of the skirts had one seam, some have 2 seams and some have 4 seams! Talk about inconsistency! It’s the exact same product but in different colours. And then there’s the damage on the fabric too! Considering how much they charge you’d expect them to be of somewhat good quality.
Now I pay that little bit extra and purchase them from the other well known website (which I don’t think I’m allowed to mention, as it might prevent my review from being posted) and their quality is top notch! I’ve ordered quite a few from them now, and they’re all consistently good quality.
BintBladi, I have wasted hundreds of pounds on your low quality, poorly tailored, useless garments. You will NOT be receiving any further orders from me. You had the chance to fix the issue, yet you chose to continue to ship out low quality garments.. to the same costumer you had to issue a refund to!

I’ve bought 3x Amira sets - abayas for Umrah this year which are stunning! Perfect fit, length, quality, comfort and colour! I love them so much and extremely versatile!

Excellent customer service. We purchased a modest dress at the Halal Food Festival, there was a slight issue with this which we didn’t notice at the time. This was dealt with and resolved immediately once I raised a query. My daughter wore the outfit on holiday on her birthday and it looked lovely Mahsha’Allah. Lovely colour and fabric and very reasonably priced items.

Have ordered from Bint Bladi twice now. The pricing is very fair and the quality of the khimars I have purchased so far is excellent, with descriptions and photos as close to reality as humanly possible. I just wish they would take on board feedback from taller customers like myself, that one length definitely does not fit all or most and they need to get their abayas and dresses made in at least a couple of different lengths. I would love to buy them but the typical length of 141-143cm does not fit up to 5ft 7 or 5ft 8 as stated.
