Not a very good experience.
Purchased a Groupon deal but sadly they never sent anything even after emailing them several times.

Will NEVER use or recommend them.

Hi, the reason that Trust Pilot removed the review is that although our product, the purcahse was made via Groupon.

In answer the above; I purchase a coupon via Groupon as that is their service, they do not supply the goods themselves, where you aware of this? I followed their instructions and ordered from Bio Synergy.
I never received the ordered products (not Groupon's fault as explained above.)
I contacted Groupon who advised I had to deal with Bio Synergy, I sent two emails to Bio Synergy asking where my purchase was. I received no reply to either emails. Hence I decided to go to TrustPilot to share my experience.

Could you please explain how this is Groupon's fault/problem, when I emailed Bio Synergy twice to ask where my purchase was? You did not reply to either.

This review stands and will not be amended as instead of trying to solve the issue you are passing the blame onto another website and asking TrustPilot to delete my previous review.

Very impressed with bio synergy after a faulty water bottle they sent me a brand new replacement and very happy

I was searching for a bona fide supplier of Garcia Cambogia. I had read review to check for a maximum content of HCAs. I found a suitable product on Boots website but chose to go direct to Bio Synergy. The website popped up a 25% discount for their 18th Anniversary on my first order. Unfortunately the email notification didnt work due to an error on the website. I ordered the product anyway - the discount would have been nice ..but never mind. I paid via Paypal and sent an email mentioning that I had missed out on the 25% voucher. By return I had an immediate response and 25% credited to my paypal account. Now how about that!! that is really GREAT SERVICE. Thank you Bio :0)

I've been a Bio-Synergy customer for over 10 years now, using many of their products. Products are well packaged, delivery is spot on and customer service second to none. Any queries I've had regarding my orders have been dealt with efficiently and promptly without question so I'm a little perplexed as to the negative comments. This is a top notch Company with top notch products. If any friends ask for recommendations they are the first place I direct them. Keep up the good work Team Bio!

I've been using Bio Synergy products for over a decade their protein has some of the highest protein content available, and is stacked full of BCAA's. They have an amazing range of products to support you through training right up to competing / racing. Ultra fast delivery and i've found amazing customer service so i'm suprised by the negative review on here, i've found thte total opposite.

Unethical company. I won a competition with them and they never sent out the prizes. They have refused to answer any communications. You have been warned.

I've researched a lot of products for healthy lifestlye supplements. I am not a big fan of pills, but these capsules are easy to digest, no funny after taste and steps are agreeable to most 9-5 working schedules. Definitely a fan, definitely ordering again.

One part of my order was correct but the part where I ordered the double strength raspberry ketone was wrong I was sent something else completely which I do not want. Have tried phoning but no one answers and no answer phone. Have emailed too. So have taken complaint with PayPal as I want the right goods and do not want these other supplements

I was one of the lucky winners of a Bio Synergy competition on facebook and won myself £100 of products. After placing my order, I was in receipt of my goods a couple of days later. I was impressed with the spped at which I received my order.

I have been a customer of Bio Synergy for a long time and on the whole have been impressed with speed at which they operate and also with the level of customer service that has been offered.

Have been using these guys for a while now and have no problems, issues or complaints about them!

Their products are great when you're working out and they have something that's suitable for everyone.

I've found their ordering system to be great - fast, efficient and accurate. Also any correspondence I've had with their staff has been good - They've always listened and answered my questions in a timely & professional manner.

Sometimes their delivery is a little slow (5-8 working days) and at other times I've found it really fast (2-4 working days). Either way - the wait is worth it and I tend to order before I'm fully out of product anyway..

I used a groupon deal to order some protein which was delayed due to demand. To compensate for this I was told my groupon voucher would be reactivated for re-use for 50% off and free delivery.

When I ordered again I placed the order the same way and received confirmation it had gone through. When I enquired about the order I was informed it hadn't been processed as it had been ordered on the wrong part of the site and it had been processed as the groupon deal as opposed to getting 50% off and free delivery so was invalid.

When I complained about the service I had received I didn't receive a reply let alone an apology.

I wont be using Bio-synergy again nor recommending them to anyone.

I took advantage of the Groupon deal for strawberry protein with a free shaker - the order and payment was made on 21st Feb - it is now 26th March and I still havent received it.

First they said there was an issue with the payment which went through Paypal the same day. This was 20 days aftewr the initial order. They said they would send product as a priority so would receive it a few days later.

10 days on - still no product - I call them and they have run out of shakers - 26th March - I received no notification to advise me that there was a delay and am still without the product I ordered a month ago.

Hopefully it will arrive this week after several failed attempts.

I received immediate confirmation of order and received my items within the expected delivery time provided. I am very happy with the service and the product and look forward to trying out more of their products.
