Ich bin seit fast 40 Jahren Kundin. So wie auch meine Mutter und andere Familienmitglieder. Gerne verschenke ich die Produkte von biomaris. Alle sind wir seit vielen Jahren sehr zufrieden. Diesmal wollte ich eine Cremedose reklamieren, die ich zu Weihnachten verschenkt hatte. Diese hatte innen auf der Aluschurzfolie ein kleines Loch. Entsprechend sah der Inhalt aus. Dies habe ich telefonisch reklamieren und auf den offensichtlichen Quslitätsmangel hinweisen wollen. Fehlanzeige. Obwohl ich nachweislich Stammkundin bin, wurde die Reklamation nicht angenommen...
