I Love how Professional they are

I Love how Professional they are. I been donating plasma with Biomat for over a year and a half now. I left CSL Plasma to come to your company. I really like how attentive that Christina is at your Aurora location. The facility is always clean and they greet you with a friendly smile and attitude.

SLOW, doesn't work as expected

Updates below.

I'll update my score if/when my order arrives. My rating right now is specifically related to the time to ship and the lack of communication. I ordered several items totaling more than $2300 on 12/19/25. I received an order confirmation followed by some marketing emails but no updates about the anticipated shipment. It's now 01/03/26 and after several emails back and forth, I finally received a response today telling me that my order is well within the 7-14 *business day* timeline (note that Fridays don't count). So, with the recent holidays and with nothing happening Friday-Sunday every week, my anticipated delivery window ends on 01/15/26 -- nearly a month from the order date. Sheesh.

Update: 01/08/26 -- It's now been 20 days (minus a total of 10 Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, so 10 "business days") and the shipping label was created more than 2 days ago. UPS STILL says it hasn't received the package. What.The.Heck.

Update: The mat arrived "on time" if we're only counting 4 days per week for transit time. I've tried the mat as have several clients, and everyone has reported feeling relaxed and feels that it also helps with pain. The vibrations aren't as intense and transcendent as I'd hoped for the price.

Update: 02/21/26: I was using the BioAcoustic mat -- just a few days beyond the 30-day return window -- and the bass speaker, which generates the tactile vibrations, died. It just stopped in the middle of a session. I checked the control unit, turned it off and back on a few times, completed a hard reset, and there was still no sound or vibration from that speaker. It took nearly a week to receive the return label and I'm really glad I kept the original shipping box (purely by coincidence as it was ready for the compactor) as they're requiring that I return the defective device. If I could go back in time, I'd get a Woojer mat for 1/3 of the price.

04/06/26: I returned the defective mat and received a new one within a week of the proposed resolution. The new one is still working, but the bass speaker buzzes above the halfway point on the intensity scale and the mat turns off automatically after cycling through the tracks of each program. For the price, I definitely would not recommend this mat and when it stops working, I'll replace it with Woojer's haptic mat.
