What was very welcome though was how ready their technical team were to jump on a call and walk us through the process. That level of customer service is rare and very welcome indeed.

Amazing platform that is easy to navigate and create a more efficient contract mgmt. experience for colleagues. Fully compliant with PCR 2015 and allows us to streamline so many processes across the platform. Excellent customer service and account management from the BIP team and nothing is ever too much. We have been using the Delta eSourcing portal for several years now and are pleased with the accessibility and support of the eTendering platform. The Helpdesk are easy to contact.
Delta e-sourcing allows us to do everything we need from an e-sourcing platform. The system provides templates for notices, Selection questionnaires and the clear spaces for all the stages of each procurement procedure we undertake. This alleviates duplicate work and ensures that everything we need to do to be compliant with Public Contract Regulations is covered. The system won’t allow you to proceed if the templates aren’t correctly completed. The system also publishes the notices for you so you don’t have to log in to another external portal to complete.
I work in Housing and the Delta e Sourcing system is my go to. The system is easy to use, not only for colleagues but suppliers too. I have always received excellent service from demo to implementation and beyond (special mention to the wonderful Anne McKinnon). With the new Procurement Act 2023 coming into force in October, using Delta, I have one less thing to worry about knowing that we will be compliant.
The core product is well-formulated. It has a wealth of relevant features that help with horizon scanning and competitor analysis. At the same time, none of this gets in the way of the core functionality of "find opportunities and get the details," which is a blessing. The Customer Success team is perhaps the strongest part of the offer. Our rep, Gerry McArthur, has gone above and beyond in being available to all our users to answer questions and suggest ways to maximise the use of the platform.
We have drawn great value from the platform, helping us keep abreast of relevant tender opportunities which are usefully aggregated into one place and supporting us in winning work in the public sector. It also has great tools to support with early engagement with buyers. Our Customer Success Manager, Brandon Coghill, has provided great support in helping us navigate the tools the platform provides to draw maximum value as well as helping us keep up to date with changes in public sector procurement and how that will impact on us as a business as we bid for work.
We are using Brandon Coghill's expertise to guide us through our recent subscription renewal and upgrade, having been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. Our experience thus far has been great, and we continue to learn how the platform can support our business with additional support and communication from Brandon, which has been exceptional.
I'm a director in a SME learning and development consultancy. In the past, I had to sign up for daily alerts across numerous procurement platforms. It was time consuming and clogged my inbox. Since moving to BIP, that has changed. I checked they pull opportunities from all the platforms I used - a list that took up 2 sides of A4 paper - and they did. I now get one daily alert and can easily scan all opportunities on one platform. The functionality of the latest dashboard and reporting is excellent. Our Success Manager has been fantastic with support, training, and answering queries promptly. In my opinion, BIP represents good value for money. We've been very satisfied.

Our Account Manager is Ceara Marie Gilfedder and she is so helpful and patient. I have had to rearrange our onboarding and induction session a couple of times, and Ceara has been so patient and engaged as we have tried to find a time to please the majority. Excellent service as always - Brandon Coghill is our account manager and he is highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He demonstrated the new Tracker Pro tool to us - but not only that took time to understand our business requirements and then suggested other aspects of the system which could benefit us. Initially had weird spurious issues, it is good to know that BiP leverage the IASME web portal and my issues were within IASME processes but that at the time was unclear. Spoke to 'Charlie' a top man, sorted out the issue and an apology issued to Charlie to boot.
If you are using IASME make sure any automated emails are responded to especially if you have cited a senior representative to receive them - I missed this!
My fault...lesson learned.

We've only been with BiP since May but have received consistently good Customer Service. We've recently had a change of Account Manager and were introduced to Lewis this week. He is the most charming and welcoming character I've met in a long time, easy to talk to, broke everything down to us and explained it all in detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he didn't rush us through our questions. We're looking forward to working with Lewis more in the future and with his help, getting the most of the software that is already helping our business.
