Following the announcement that our solicitors had ‘ceased trading’ we needed a solicitor who was prepared to pick up our midway leasehold purchase. I contacted Bird & Co and they appointed Grace and her team to help us.

From the outset, despite the problems, we were so thankful that we had Grace looking after us. Throughout she was professional, friendly and courteous always responding in a timely manner. She helped us navigate a particularly difficult set of circumstances when buying this leasehold property.

I cannot speak more highly of Grace and her team and I would unequivocally recommend them.

Bird & Co were nothing but responsive, easy to contact, friendly and approachable. They acted swiftly to ensure conveyancing was done speedily and without issue.

I used the Newark branch of Bird and Co and they were fantastic start to finish. Hannah went above and beyond to get me a mortgage, because my money had been in crypto it was more complicated than normal but Hannah made it easy for me. I highly recommend using them.

Three stars not because my experience was terribly bad but because it wasn’t anything special. A simple transfer of ownership, no mortgage nothing took 12 weeks and for twice the price of the other party it quite frankly didn’t live up to the price difference. Sorry to be brutally honest. Had to keep chasing them to move them forward. Wouldn’t recommend in a hurry.

Dale and the Lincoln team were great during this whole process with quick and detailed responses which was very important to us. It always felt like they had our back through our first-time buyer purchase, with different challenges popping up. There was no pressure due to the "no move, no fee" which was great, as we had to back out of a flat last year due to so many red flags. Dale and the team have our trust and we will definitely be using them in the future!

I opted to switch conveyancing to Bird&co after a previous Firm delayed the project. They picked up the project and got through everything including highlighting risks and liaising with the Sellers representative efficiently all while keeping me updated on progress.
