Poor customer service, high prices.
Inquired about a product and they did not respond, but instead raised the price.
This place does not make for a good shopping experience, does not provide customer service and in my opinion do not offer competitive prices.
I would strongly caution anyone to stay away, if you love TCGs there are other places you can support.
This is a place with distribution selling at resale prices, please proceed with caution.

Product prices are updated according to market conditions, supplier costs, and stock availability, independently of individual customer inquiries.
As for our pricing, it is worth noting that some products on our website include an additional margin as part of our stock management strategy. This policy helps us prioritize availability for our regular Portuguese customer base and reduce speculative purchasing activity, which is common within the TCG market. As a result, certain products may appear more expensive when compared to other sellers.
We understand that different customers may have different expectations and points of comparison. We continuously strive to offer a balance between competitive pricing, product availability, and service quality.
It is also worth noting that this review is based solely on a product inquiry and a comparison of prices. No order was placed, no payment was made, and no product or service was ultimately received from us.
