Three representatives LIED to me about a "DOC FEE" saying that the State of Alabama charged $799 to transfer the title. The car died 45 minutes after I left the dealership, so I went to DMV and they said they do not get that money, they couldn't refund it. I left messages and even went in person and no one would help me with this at Mitsubishi Birmingham. This is an awful and deceptive merchant. Caveat Emptor....
