Can’t reach anyone in company

I placed an order and it was shipped very promptly however two pieces of my order were missing and there was stuff in the order that I had not ordered. I sent multiple emails which went unanswered and the phone number listed on the website just sounded like it was disconnected every time I called. I have given up trying to contact the company and will just have to buy the pieces that were not sent to me elsewhere, very disappointing.

Broken Item

The item came completely broken and unusable. The item was already opened when I opened the package, which was a bummer. I'm certain the item was crushed through postage because it was in big bag when it should have been in a box to protect it.

Great products!

Everything arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as pictured. To be honest I wasn't sure if the quality would be great, but it was. I highly recommend using for your party needs!

Don’t Email NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don’t bother emailing for customer service, no one ever responds. And make sure everything in your cart is on your actual confirmation list as I had things drop from my cart THAT WERE STILL AVAILABLE !! And the fact that you have to pay additional shipping every time EVEN WHEN THIS KINDA THING happens. 🙄

Customer service terrible

I ordered a giant El Toro Loco wall decal for my son's 4th birthday and recieved giant owl wall decals. Emailed over and over without any response.

I didn’t receive my full package, and have received no help!

I didn’t receive my full package. There were items missing from my order.
I tried getting in contact with customer help 5 different times, with still no response … despite the website saying emails would be responded to in less than 24 hours. Now I don’t have my items and am also out the money.

Received Wrong Items

I was sent the wrong items. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. There is no phone number to call. I still need the balloons I ordered in time for my son’s birthday. Please respond!

Did not receive what I ordered

I would love to give more stars. I order little monsters party favors which consisted of 12 stuffed monsters. I received 1. I sent a message to birthday express through their site and have not received any response. I cannot find a phone number to call and am frustrated. I can't even return as I did not get the other 11 items. I would love to get the remaining 11 or get a refund.
