I have been a collector of vintage watches for many years. Buying from the UK when living in Sweden implicates an extra 22% plus import tax. Which makes it expensive, but still your watch is worth it to me. Impeccable and beautiful. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with BirthYearWatches. I needed some complicated shipping arranged so the package would arrive at a specific time at my hotel, and Scott was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions, handled the logistics smoothly, and was informative, kind, and great to work with. I’m always a bit nervous buying pre-loved items, but I felt completely safe and confident with BirthYearWatches. I would highly recommend them.

The watch is great and as expected. The delivery was quick.

The watch I received was in very poor working condition. It runs over -10 minutes a day with very high beat error and low amplitude. The watch is not wearable without service. Unfortunately I did not take the time to test the watch before the very short return / warranty period expired. The watch would have been returned if I had. I will not buy another watch from them.
I understand that vintage watches can sometimes develop problems unexpectedly, and I appreciate the seller’s response. However, their reply didn’t meaningfully address the underlying issue or offer any constructive resolution. It came across as procedural rather than customer-centric, focused mainly on the fact that the warranty had expired rather than on the problem itself.

This experience suggests that the return and warranty periods may be too short to catch mechanical faults that only appear with use. For future buyers, I would strongly recommend testing any watch immediately upon arrival to ensure any issues are identified within the allowed time frame.

Great watches, great service, great company and most importantly great person. Thank you Scott for all the beautiful watches throughout the years. Will always use this company and will alway highly recommend it.

Another excellent experience with Scott and BirthYearWatches. I found the kind of watch I had been looking for a while and the communication/ customer care was top notch as always! The watch also arrived well packed and I like the new little personal touches like the detail on the inserts and the key ring too.
