Ordered this for a gift but had sent to myself rather than recipient. Thankfully I did, they arrived in a shocking state. Crumbling and chipped icing, the letters not in order so couldn’t tell it said “Thank You” and the biscuits looked old and not fresh. Very disappointing. However, I contacted the customer service via email requesting a refund (as it was too late and I needed to source an alternative gift) and they responded next day with an apologetic email and issued a refund straight away. Sad the biscuits didn’t work out but it was at least handled promptly and efficiently, so that is a plus.
