Second order with bishops beds for a different bed replacement part (slats still going strong after several years). This time for slat holders. Reasonable price, good website, items arrived as described and on time. No complaints and would definitely be my first call if I need anything else bed related.

Purchased a complete set of replacement slats (cut to required length) plus slat holders to completely refurbish a bed. MUCH better quality than the originally fitted ones. Quick delivery and easy to fit. Well pleased.

I had ordered some replacement slats for my bed, got an email to say that my order had been shipped. After over a week, it still hadn't arrived, so I rang the company and spoke to a very helpful chap, who tracked the order and found out that parcel force had lost the parcel, so they dispatched a replacement the same day, and it arrived next day. Very friendly, helpful staff, thank you! Will happily deal with you again!

Customer service was superb. Courier mistakenly delivered to the wrong address but Will handled the situation and bed mechanism was received with minimal delay. He remained in contact throughout providing timely updates. Couldn't haVe asked for better.

I had to choose an alternative slat length but it wasn't very clear on the website how to add the request, I called the customer line and manged to successfully add the instructions, the advisor was helpful and efficient
