Grossly overpriced and the RF remote control is a joke . Architect specified these in our church and they have not worked since installation. A functional on/off switch would be a blessing! Trying to negotiate our way out of them.....
Bisque radiators paint peeling off. Replaced once already but still doing same. We have cheap DIY chain radiators in the house 3 times as old without any problem. Customer services in denial despite certain staff admitting there was a problem. Offered discount off new radiators which have to be paid for and installed. Expensive waste of money. Dont buy!
I have used Bisque radiators many times over the last 20 years and the products they have are so well made. They have such a wide range of designs and colours and i would definitely recommend them
We wanted a real statement radiator for our lounge and ordered a Bisque Arteplano in brass etched. We are so pleased with this radiator and so many friends have commented it looks like a piece of art and the heat from it is tremendous. Great product and highly recommended.
Very disappointed. When we renovated our house 10 years ago we used Bisque radiator valves throughout our house. They were very expensive. Literally every single valve has corroded and no longer works. I called the company and they only carry a two year warranty and would not do anything.
I am having to replace them but have been advised by my plumber to use cheap valves (which look just as good) as they will last just as long if not longer. Wish I had done this 10 years ago.
For your information the valves that have corroded are Valve Set P with White Regulator.
