I am from Netherlands. I have created account with them about week ago, put some money there and decided to transfer it to my personal external wallet and after that there started nightmare. On 26 of April I initiated withdrawal and they asked me for some documentations, which were uploaded by me during next 1 hour. After this they told me it could take 24-48H to be verified or me to be answered. And guess what? Its 1st of May and I still don't know my documents are verified or not. Yesterday I spoke with their support and they told me that I would receive answer yesterday but NOTHING at all. Today I tried to reach them via Phone in UK office and in Spain and they just forced me to listed boring music for several minutes. Than, tried at least 5 times, to reach their support via Whatsapp and NO ANSWER from them, ZERO communication. After this I opened 2 tickets (ID: 284217, 284212) and waited for answer for several hours but still nobody is contacting me from them.
And this is how you respect your customers?

The worst thing here it is that it went already 5 days from my uploaded documents and I still don't know it will be approved or not.
Also, last time there was written, if I cancel transaction it takes 7 days or something like that to arrive into my bank account.
So, they have wasted my time, money, nerves and I still don't know for what. Maybe I have to wait extra 7 days money to be withdrawn back to my bank account.
I don't know what to do, maybe tomorrow reach my lawyer about it.
You don't have right to treat people like this!!!!

Desperation or fraud
I put 100 euros on your platform through the credit card, I tried to transfer it to another source and it wouldn't let me
I tried to go back and cancel and transfer the money back to my credit card. Then they took another 100 euros from me
I couldn't transfer
And I'm stuck with them now with 200 euros
which became 150 euros overnight
They don't work from Friday to Monday
All my money with you I am before a heart attack
I want my money back immediately

I tried to open an account, I gave all the info they asked for. Amazingly, I then failed their verification process 3 times in a row. I have done dozens of these verifications elsewhere without a hitch. Nothing is wrong with my passport or my selfie. When I asked why this process failed, I got no explanation. All I got is a brusque email titled "GN - Cuenta cancelada / Suspended account/Conta cancelada". Cancelada in Spanish is not the same as Suspended in English, it is therefore unclear. When I asked for clarification, I got no answer. A waste of my time. Good riddance! Later... Further to the answer, the question remains: why can't I open an account?

I use b2m from the beginning, i was early invester as well. I cant say nothing bad, i had problem with a bank transfer, they response was fast and problem solved immediately. Never had any problem, i realy recomend them, and i am sure that in the future they will be one of the best. Love b2m! Abrazos!!!

Thank God I only transferred 100 euros.
My ticket hasn’t gotten resolved in two weeks, I tried with a message and through their WhatsApp portal no help.
I have been waiting for help in the authentication process that did not work and since then, my money is frozen in the account. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY UNTIL YOU GET AUTHENTICATED. Their web-platform App shows the wrong funds in my account.
All I want now is a complete refund to get out of this mess.

This is pure trash. I used to wait for like 8 hours to transfer my cryptos to the external wallet, because transfer had to start during working hours which is freaking hilarious.
Right now I can't even transfer my cryptos to the external wallet. When I contacted their so called support I got a response "currently it's unavaiable, can't say when we will fix it but we will let you know. thank you for putting trust in our services". Not a single specific range, nothing. They are so eager to take your money but once they take it you are no longer avaiable to transfer what you paid for. So I read their response as polite way to say "fk you, get screwed". This is the very last time I do business with them.
PS: Spare me this crappy AI-generated polite response like you did to the other people here.

1) UX and TECH are TERRIBLE
The platform and the app are really bad, by far the worst of any other exchange I have tried. Examples of this are: the app showing a different total balance than the web (before the update, because of one was including PRO balance and the other not), hard to understand and move balances between the 2 services, they don’t even have a coins search functionality within the PRO section..
2) WITHDRAWALS are slow. They have checked manually every single transaction I sent, taking from 1 to 3 days, this is unacceptable for me, even small amounts are being delayed. Because of that, I am worried about losing the control of my funds

WARNING: Trustpilot is removing negative reviews for this company
I was using them for 2 years and they worked fine and I would have given 5 stars. But recently they started harassing me with some weird forms that dont even work and the customer service has been horrible. Like why do I need to write 20(!) emails with them and they still dont understand that their forms they want me to fill out dont work (like cant attach the image that is needed to submit the form). And yes I am very professional with tech its 10000% an error on their own side, even after 20 mails they have not understood it or apologized.
edit: Appreciate the reply and edited to 4 stars because I WAS happy with Bit2me the ~ 2 years before and there never was any issues before this. Since I have moved on tho and use other services but thanks

Bit2me works, sometimes.
Other times they refuse to tell you why you can't withdraw your coins you've just purchased. They never indiciate that withdrawal has been disabled in the coin.
When withdrawing, sometimes they freeze your withdrawal and don't specify a reason until you contact support and find out why.

Very useless set of apps I made a withdrawal since Friday yet not has fixed about it and there support is useless I will definitely make sure I sue them to court because of this issue
