I'm very glad with my new Bit2Me cryptocard. But I need to used en test it first. I replaced my old gard from TR***RA because the service was very bad (no response) blocked and can't used the TR***RA Card for weeks now. But the response of Bit2Me Service is good .

I have had to check on my bank transfer deposit because I thought the reference number I used was wrong. I phoned the customer service and I was able to resolve everything I wanted fairly quickly and without any hassle. The staff is really nice and helpful.
I have been using Bit2Me for around a year now and have never had any issues. Recommend to anyone. Stefan K.

I tried trasnfering money there and there wasn`t any problem with it. However I tried withdrawing and I put my bank details with a name of a recepient my own name and they didn`t release the money and blocked my account. They are holding the money for more than two weeks now. They asked me to provide a statement about my bank account that I want to withdraw the funds to and I sent it to them today.
I wrote to their support and one of they employees Dorota answered my request but when I told her I did all they need to send my money back, she didn`t reply to any of the things I wrote to her and at the end she left the chat. Bit2me is a SCAM!! Avoid at all cost!

They have blocked my account after a withdraw to a bank account. They refunded the money to my bit2me account saying it will be closed due to security reasons. Also they told me to withdraw my remaining balance to Blockchain. I did this but Blockchain refused the withdraw because it did not come from me own name do they send the money back to my bit2me account which is now closed. So bit2me just ripped my money! I will report this also to the local authorities becauce this is just stealing money!

Very Bad experience about this. They dont allow us to withdraw the cash. they starting INR 10K for withdraw but after that they dont allow to us. fcuk to them Very Bad experience about the same. I have spend / deposited lot of FUND till they dont allow me to withdraw.

I have been a customer of Bit2me for several years, using it to make semi-regular purchases of and payments in BTC.
I recently had a requirement to purchase a larger amount than usual.
I needed to make several purchases of the daily maximum, around €4700 per day. First one went through.
The next though remained in a state of “awaiting confirmation” for a long time and it was only when I made contact that I was told that I had to go through yet another verification process.
In the meantime, my money had been taken from my bank card.
I once again passed the verification process but the BTC did not arrive in my account.
I needed to pay my friend and couldn’t wait any longer so, expecting the previous payment that did not result in BTC arriving to be automatically refunded, made a fresh purchase of around €4700.
This went through and I swiftly received my BTC. I completed my BTC payment to my friend.
The order that did not go through still did not get refunded to my bank card so I informed Bit2me.
I had to keep asking for updates and eventually was asked to send a copy of my bank statement, which I did.
They then tried to tell me that there had not been a payment which did not result in sending me BTC. I then pointed out that if they looked at my bank statement and then at my Bit2me account activity log they would see there were more bank card payments than times the BTC was received.
Bit2me then realised the error and sent the Euro not back to my card or bank account but to the Euro Wallet on my Bit2me account. Due to the fact I had needed to fulfil my payment to my friend and completed and bought all I needed to, I did not need the Euro in my wallet.
Due to their error I incurred fees with my bank, losses due to currency exchange drops whilst the Euro was in my Wallet and transfer fees back to my bank account.
All in all I lost £294 due to their error which they are refusing to refund me.
Bit2me have now simply stopped responding to my messages.
As per their request below (why is it in Spanish?), I have again made contact and again been told they wont do anything because, although it was their error, it not their fees. Why did they bother responding. Very poor.

Scam company, don't even bother using them. They ask for ID, verification and more verification. In the end, once you've sent it once they want you to send it again and again and again.
Today, after more than 100k euro in transactions they suspend my account without any grounds.

WARNING!!
I was a long time customer making purchases north of 1000k euro.
Today, they lock my crypto so I can’t send it from my wallet. They’re asking for verification of a card that I’ve verified 3 times before to them. Now they want some kind of bank statement.
They won’t refund my money either, I’ll see what I can do to get my money back. These guys lost one of their best customers with this.

I have used this website for a while now and it was fine until recently. Now, every time I buy crypto, I have to wait for manual verification and they take forever to do it! I'd rather pay higher fees and get my crypto instantly than having to sit and wait for hours!
