I was at a loss to recover a Bitdefender account for my church computer. The gmail account associated with Bitdefender was deleted some time back and I lost the password to log in to change to the new gmail.

It has been a positive experience during the first year. After a little confusion at renewal which was resolved quickly. I have renewed for a longer period and increased the number of devices protected.

I'm a loyal client for years because of the quality of services provided. But - for the first time - I had to contact customer care & that was also a better than expected experience.
