Hello.Im waiting for my order about one month i've sent couple of emails but i didn't recieve any answer.I want refund or my order to be sent as soon as possible.

I made multiple purchases from Bitgild and all were delivered quick and of perfect quality. Then one shipment got lost by delivery. As I filed a ticket, they contacted me the next day, stared the procedure at the courier and as the issue was not resolved in a week they settled the problem in a matter of days.
I highly recommend Bitgild.

Ordered about 5 days ago and have left multiple emails and no response - Hoping they will be processed and despatched soon with no issues but will update asap.

Today I received my first order from them. It took about two weeks all up. My order number was #300021580. The coin is perfect and genuine.

Really good experience, so far have done 3 orders #300020941 , #300018370 and #300017358 , with no problem at all, once shipping took longer than expected, other than that I very like the site

I loaded 2x50g gold bars in my basket and proceeded to check out using SEPA transfer. Finding no option to pay using SEPA I proceeded to contact customer service. All they have is an annoying bitgild help bot. There is no way to actually contact someone to ask a question - no email, no phone number, nothing. Imagine making at 5,000 Euro purchase and not being able to contact anyone about it!!! I am off to shop elsewhere.

My response to Bitgild response: You neglected to address my main concern: inability to contact customer service. I presume there is none.

I did my first order and I'm willing to do it again :)

A really good company. Great communication, boss always reply quickly to email. They deliver using anonymous package. I recommend.
Update : if > 10k€ (in a single or more transactions/1yr) then KYC apply (you need to download an app on your smartphone for this) .

Payment went smooth so did the shippment.

The coin arrived in perfect condition. Everything was genuine as expected.

SUPER! I recieved my order within a few days. Had one small question, Wouter from costumer care gave me a quick answer. Happy with my coins and bars. I highly recommend this website

Terrible service, had to pay 30 euro customs charge and 20 euro shipping charges on order, also took over 10 days to dispatch. This however is not devastating part, once the item was sent I received a shipping code and was later told by UPS that I needed to pay an extra 43 euros out of my pocket for my gold to be delivered. What a scam payed nearly 90 euros in fees just for the gold to not even be delivered.

Please don’t go anywhere close to this website.

Shipping time 2 Weeks, but everything is fine.
