No transfer out of the account allowed
As long as I sent money there - no problem. Then I wanted to transfer Cryptos to my private wallet. The first payments went through, then it was blocked. I had to fill out a questionaire and then they decided I was no longer allowed to transfer crypto currency out of the account. No reason was given except for some vague security reasons, support wasn't helpful.
This means I had to sell all my cryptos, transfer the money to my bank, then to another crypto exchange and buy again, which of course has high cost and tax implications.
I can only warn you never to use Bitpanda!

I tried to withdraw USDC from my account, but I keep receiving the following error message:
“Withdrawals will be available again soon, we apologize. Please try again later.”
I have attempted the transaction multiple times, but the same error appears each time.
The HUF → USDC conversion was made about 48 hours ago, and the network selection was correct.
I kept writing to support, begging for help, and all I got were robotic replies. Nobody explained what was missing, nobody took responsibility. My money is just stuck.
