They blocking your deposit without any reason, even if you use the same method for deposit many times before. Already contacted, and they trolling you even if you provide them with hash transaction, screenshots from the sender platform to the receiving address, i even went to Blockchain and i took screenshot to prove that the money is there .

Opened a trade some time ago,
Xdc- usdt. At about $0.03, on 4 x leverage it was always going to be along term trade. Price has gone up to over $0.07 yet despite this I’ve just been liquidated. Found out on a $250 trade I’ve been charged as much as $8 a day for funding this reducing my funds to the point I got liquidated. I didn’t check regularly as I knew the trade was I decent profit. So I’ve now lost my funds and if I want to re enter its going to cost way more for same trade.
I compare funding fees with MEXC,
Other exchanges warn you if funding gets high, I never once received a message to
Advise me funding was abnormally high.
Customer service is not interested and just keeps advising me it’s nothing to do with them . I wish I’d listened to folk a couple of years back when they said Bitrue was awful,

Horrible let me just say they can't even admit a simple mistake. I joined after attending a class that they sponsored and after trading I would be able to get the reward, they said i triggered the risk control and when I tried appeal it, they said it is final as the system deemed it is final. If the system is final, then why is there an option to appeal. What is even funnier is that even after the system deemed I am not able to get the reward, the SYSTEM is sending emails to me regarding the EXACT reward I am appeal and when I click redeem, it just jumps to the same screen. So clearly the system is not the one that is deemed I can't get it as if it did, i wouldn't be getting the same email almost every day regarding it. I will NOT trade on the exchange anymore.

Bittrue is a big scam, i don't even want to give single star. If there is any negative rating, i must give.
I tried my withdrawal to different destination addresses and each time the transaction was completed successfully but I couldn't get my withdrawal at my destination addresses.

They keep freezing my account, I cant get anything out of the account, zero customer service, worst app ever

be aware that Bittrue is a major scam! I tried to deposit fiat money to my Bittrue account using unlimut crypto, It has not arrived since a couple of weeks. Unlimit crpyto is not responding at all and all Bittrue is doing is writing me the same E-Mail on repeat with questions that i answered. This is a big fraud and i recommend staying away.

I dont want to even give 1star to this stealer! Still left with atleast one star minimum as only option. This is a fraud company which had frozen my account unnecessarily telling as security reasons for the past three years from December 2021 and lies that I had asked to freeze my account! Even after I had verified myself again in a video with new id proofs/passport/residence proof, old up addresses they are trying to steal my money without allowing any transaction trade within Bitrue or deposit or withdrawals! They are logicless and brainless intentionally to stew my account money by staking and unnecessarily asking the withdrawal videos from my customers/clients(who paid my professional fee, and I cannot contact those past customers) to my brittle account which is not at all possible and it’s against the clients privacy and my customers privacy! Please don’t use such a crappy website which steals your money in the name that f security checks! If they (Bitrue) really wanna help me out to withdraw my money, they can reach me in my mail thirumani dot punithan at gmail dot com

My close position was cancelled causing my account to be force liquidated. Took a week of very poor assistance to finally be told that because price dropped to liquidation zone before a minute that gave them the right to liquidate my account. Have had no empathy or real assitance, only time id recive a response was by following them up repeatedly. Absolute disgusting customer service

Frozen transactions and less emphatic replies seem to be the order of the day. Complained on BROKㅊERSㅎCANㆍNㅌ T to unfreeze account.

Bittrue have frozen transactions and withdrawals from my account and have stopped me from doing anything with my account saying security checks, they aren’t responding in a timely manner and I have a lot funds stuck in there since 20th jan 2025

Update - 21st may
They have reinstated my account and I can use it again . There responses started picking up and explained the situation and gave my account back.

Hopefully whoever else experiences this can get it sorted

I can't get verified. I've written to them send everything they asked for and they're just laughing at me really.

I have 4k USDT Stuck in my account that I can't access or take. I feel like I have been screwed over.

Don't use this platform. Stick to Coinbase, Crypto.com or Binance.

These people have not helped me and just ignored my repeated emails for verification and are holding onto my funds. It's a really bad platform

I can't get verified, what ever I do.No matter how many time I add my ID for Verification it fails all the time and Customer Service is awful, gives you generic responses not helpful at all. Just Stay away and do not transfer any funds.

They refused to allow withdrawal but grateful to the name on my display picture for making sure all my pending withdrawal was possible..

Well i bought XDC on Bitrue. i tried to transfer it to my ledger. "system wallet under maintenance" for 12 days now-so no transfer!
these guys via email admitted that under times of low liquidity they may not have my coins! they recommended i sell my XDC (which they don't have) and buy something else!
which means they don't have it-
stay away people!

This company is TOTALLY CORRUPT. The send you string e-mails answering you... "OH we understand how frustrating this can be.. .rest assured... blah blah" Bottom line THEY HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. OVER 85 EMAILS ASKING FOR HELP...WE EVEN SAID.. HAVE A MGR CALL US.. We are available 24/7 here is our #___________. NO ONE HAS CALLED....NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING. IN FACT... We even wrote to the CEO not once but TWICE. ALL OF OUR EMAILS WENT UNANSWERED. If you want to have your money stolen from you, then by all means use BITRUE.

Our next course of action will be legal and we will contact local press to make sure other do NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS BS COMPANY.

Watch for the BS reply below trying to look credible. ANY other company would have not only called but resolved our issue 11 months ago but not BITRUE.

Based on their last BS reply we thought maybe someone is listing there but when the CEO in SINGAPORE IGNORES YOUR COMPLAINT AND EMAIL, well then... you now know the course of action his mickey mouse staff follow.

Signed up to Bitrue back in 2020 - 2021, I lost my phone, I've sent ID, driving license, sent a video of my self with written dates and instructions and still being fed a load of lies when it comes to getting access to my account, It's blatant corruption going on here, as my assets would have gone up in value and there not allowing me access to get back into my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCHANGE.

I was spoken to by two people named ANYA and Cameron, both of them kept telling me that I've not provided the right information after sending it how many times, up until now, I am still waiting to hear from them! I will never use this company ever again. Use other crypto Exchanges like Coinbase or Binance, BITRUE ARE STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.

Dam, I wish I had read the reviews earlier, the exchange is not working anymore after I transferred a large amount of crypto. Strange, now it is working, I have to test out the withdrawal, will let you guys know and will edit it later on and give better review.

Luckily I didn't send any funds here but when I tried to close my account I was told the only way was to verify with KYC and then use the app. This process was fraught with errors so I can't even delete this account.
