Response - easy to see how they have such a high rating when they ask anyone leaving a negative review to change it.

Very peculiar interaction with the CEO of this company (who is determined to keep digging). Seems dead set on trying to kill this review and his ego is clearly blinding him for the ability to see any fault from his side.

In regard to the excuse, seems like they don’t even have control over their own business.

My trade was time sensitive and took over 2 days to compete on this platform.

I responded to an email from the platform asking them not to compete the trade.

I have used many other platforms and never experienced this, so I know there are other platforms you can use if you want to avoid this happening.

I was then asked to leave a review here which I did.

This review was then followed by a very bizarre dialogue from the CEO asking me to change the review.

In summary overall experience has been Terrible. Not happy with service at all. I emailed you to ask for you not to compete my last transaction stating the wallet address had expired and you completed the trade 2 days later anyway.

I’ve seen your reply and you can make all the excuses you like but ultimately your systems were broken which led to me loosing my money.

Then asking me to change my honest and factual review is inappropriate.

Fast delivery of the bitcoin I was initially sceptical about a bank transfer as #i have not done it before but it was quick and easy

Follow the clear instructions carefully and it works very well. I've been stacking with them for over 2 years. I send money via REVOLUT as my 2 Banks *fraud* muppets get in the way. When stacking this way its your cheese protected by your keys.

Prompt professional service but seems to be getting more expensive and it is unbelievably frustrating that I have never received the original quoted price (nothing to do with changing the method, I will see a bank transfer price and when I hit "buy" it tells me they're about £15 more all of a sudden), it always shoots up when I want to actually make the transaction. My last transaction with them, resulted in me receiving a lower dollar value of bitcoin than I paid for in pounds. I appreciate margins are thin but seems worse now than it has been previously and I have been using this site since 2019/20. It is frustrating that making a $150(£133) purchase is now costing me £160

I like Bittylicious because being an old man they have patience when I make mistakes.Also and they are fast when I get it right

Never had a single issue. Have always received my BTC in under 10 mins. Great service.

It was a very fast and quality experience.
I know it's not always possible but bitcoins were transferred to my bitcoin wallet in less than 10 ten minutes.
I've used Bittylicious for a year now and I'm sure I must be one of their top customers not through single purchases, almost certainly not, but the number of transactions. I'm typically doing 2-3 transactions a week and sometimes more.

Hi I write with feedback over a few years and excellent in Everyway , but about say 6 months ago , payments using bank transfer via LLOYDS were starting to be flagged up with certain brokers which before were fine !

So I stopped using Bitty and avoided crypto altogether and it was a brill service but when your flagged up by bank and having to explain your life away each time then it became a problem as firstly it’s embarrassing and secondly I had to wait sometimes hours to get through to LLOYDS BANK , and that was the problem and NOT THE FAULT OF BITTYLICIOUS, I must say that sincerely!

Now really I need to ascertain if things have changed with the using if Bittylicious with LLOYDS BANK, and I’m asking users you may use the same bank are their still issues or has things got better , and something which really can’t be answered on here is which is the preferential broker to use that basically codes not cause LLOYDS BANK to flag up transactions , maybe best to use BITTYS own broker is best and to use the new sort code or the old , so that is probably a question that cannot be answered on here due to privacy rights so I understand that all users , so I would appreciate some help with my concerns from BITTYLICIOUS which I’ve approached direct but awaiting answers , but I’ve heard that things seem to be better now but still the question of the preferred broker but that’s not saying any brokers are bad it’s just me trying to get to a feeling of confidence that I’m gonna be not flagged up if I use certain brokers and again I put no prejudice on any brokers but the BANK is my main concern as the experience of having to explain my life away and the wasted time has been when I last used BITTY a pain in the butt

But BITTYLICIOUS is the BEST that’s why I’m asking these questions, and Banks should maybe get more used to the crypto thing as not everyone is a criminal and only using crypto as buying from certain suppliers gives me discounts that outweigh any fees incurred in using crypto services

Fast and reliable service for buying bitcoin. Never had any issues, instructions are clear and the website is well layed out.

Long term user. I believe my first use of Bittylicious was in 2015. I tried other BTC trading platforms for a while but inevitably came back to Bittylicious because of the noticeable ease of use, simple but professional and most of all intuitive layout and the speed at which one can transact. Many other sites have a needlessly glossy and over the top layout that tries to scream professionalism, when in reality it screams corporate sterility, with many additional steps and unnecessary layers of faffing around in order to make what should be a simple transaction.
Bittylicious on the other hand is direct, simple to use and entirely reliable. I've never suffered a setback or issue with them.
