Extremely negative experience with Bitunix. Even 1 star is too much.
I cannot withdraw my own money. I have already provided all the required documents and proof, but instead of processing my withdrawal, Bitunix keeps imposing new requirements and sending me through additional verification procedures.
Every time, there is another condition. The latest requirement is yet another video verification with different backgrounds. At this point, it no longer feels like verification — it feels like outright harassment and an artificial attempt to create obstacles to withdrawing my funds.
Instead of allowing me to withdraw my already verified funds, Bitunix has turned the process into an endless chain of new checks.
What is especially concerning is Bitunix’s legal structure: its terms identify Bitunix Fintech LLC as being registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, while the local Financial Services Authority states that there are currently no registered, licensed, or authorized VASPs in that jurisdiction. In this situation, it is completely unclear who actually supervises Bitunix and where a customer is supposed to file a complaint if their funds are blocked.
This has been an extremely negative and humiliating experience. I would not want anyone else to end up in the same situation, unable to properly withdraw their own money.

UI on mobile devices feels clunky, slow, irresponsive. the light colors also don't appeal for me and i dont have other choice unless i switch to ultra mode... the chart on the futures tab is bugged as i cant zoom in and out properly. i have experienced bybit UI previously and it feels much better in every aspect regarding UI
Apart from that, I'm satisfied with the broker; I can deposit and withdraw without any issues.

fees are ridiculous
fees are ridiculous , I open a trade 250 account i put the whole margin in but only set my SL limit to $6 and my TP to25 , tp got hit fees where $50 - 25 profit. living me with -25 in the red apparently is only 0.02 % fees but thats more like 25% fees per trade

Old account still linked after deletion – credit cards blocked, data retained, new-user bonus denied
Bitunix is still connected to an old account of mine that I had already deleted. Because of this link they completely refuse credit-card payments.
They keep personal data linked even after account deletion. That raises serious privacy concerns and feels completely unacceptable.
Support is slow and just wastes time instead of fixing anything.
I was forced to use a third-party payment provider – without any clear information how much more expensive it actually is. On top of that the new-user bonus is stuck and unavailable because the system still treats me as an existing user.
Extremely annoying and unprofessional. I will not recommend Bitunix and advise everyone to stay away if you value clean data handling, working payments and honest bonuses.

I recently opened an account with Bitunix given i watched a YouTube channel and was informed no kyc no vpn restrictions which was advertised on this channel. I made a few trades and lost some money initially. I almost quit feeling like maybe my luck was bad or maybe the exchange is really bot hunting me. Eventually after trying and trying i made back my losses with a little profit on top. I attempted to retrieve my initial investment from bitunix and was hit with this fraudulent activity notice. I never did anything fraudulent. I simply traded with the different time frames and now my assets are locked on the exchange. Bitunix through the account never responded back to me after so many attempts. I finally decided to check out the reviews for this exchange and guess i shouldn’t be surprised. It seems like a common trend. Given this exchange advertises one thing but then does the complete opposite, i believe legal action is the only other alternative. I’m stating the facts of what happened. If it had not happen like this, i would’ve given a great review. I ask that trust pilot not delete my honest and respectful review. I will take down this review if bitunix gives me back my full use of my account.
