I was told I would be able to pay x amount of the loan given then I would be able to get a renewal in the amount that I originally requested. Today I was going to pay that amount to get the renewal and they can not guarantee I will get a renewal. I am not happy with this because I just wasted alot of money in interest for a small amount of money that I didn't need. I hope you all listen to the conversation and honor the initial offer. Very frustrating to know im just throwing money into the wind. The money borrowed is just paying you all back im still doing business with my money.

Justin was really helpful. He never told me any lies and I could reach him anytime, just like how I run my business.

It's a shame that they only focus on how many deposits you have coming in to your bank account each week rather than the creditworthiness of the business and it's owners.

Biz fi took out 500.00 out of my account never got funded.
.went thru hoops and hurdles for all types of documentation still didn't get funded. Then when tried to get answers i was directed to a third party
for answers and was told to ask them but yet they took my money with out funding me and was told for me to figure it out and that i was not not being professional. My Professionalism went out the window when they tried to screw me and past the buck to a third party.
I would never do business with them or recommend anyone to do business with them again.
Horrible customer service.

Joseph Lustberg and Bizfi were awesome to work with. Communication was excellent and Joseph kept us updated every step of the way. I will definitely be calling on them when the need for capital arises again.
