Matt Muratore was helpful in getting me funded when I was not having other luck because of my credit history. However, I wish he had discussed with me that the company collects a fee which is a percent of the overall loan. This kind of surprised me and was in addition to closing cost charged by the actual lender. The overall process was quick and easy. I also feel that he (and the other staff that has called me since) have been a little pushy to get me to review them here. I understand how the reviews help a business but I told him I would be happy to do the review ASAP.

While I ultimately stayed with Bizfi, my account manager 100% upsold me on my credit limit. I was under the assumption I was applying for a much smaller loan, but when I got my papers in it was 3x the amount and 1.5x higher interest rate than what I was originally approved for. That being said, I did it anyways as I found some other places to utilize the additional capital. I also made sure to contact the account rep to let him know that what he did wasn't ok, and he assured me that wasn't his intentions (which means it was a hard to miss oversight on his part, either way not ok).

I had a very good experience over all, that includes with the broker and the funding agent.

John Morales was exceptional from start to finish. He understood exactly what financial products I was looking for my business.

I was very specific about what I wanted and what I didn't want. Asked them to please be honest with me, if they couldn't get what I wanted, not to run my credit; basically just be honest. I was looking for a SBA loan. Of course they got back to me with short-term, weekly withdraw loans, which I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole (and said so in our initial conversation). So beware, they are looking for people who will jump at any opportunity to receive funds, so unless this is what you are looking for, it may not be the right funding source for you.

I own a restaurant and needed working capital to help grow my business. Obtaining financing was difficult, as the restaurant business is considered high risk. I have worked with Bizfi for the past 2 years and they made the process so easy. Gaetano D'Aprile was the account executive that I worked with at Bizfi and he was wonderful! He told me what documents he needed, sent me the contracts via email and I received the funds within a couple of days. It truly was painless!

The only issue I have is they withdraw a payment every day. Other than that it was smooth process.

After sending in all the requested items, Christopher and Taurean could not even be bothered with returning my emails or phone calls even though the said I would have a response within 72 hours. What a joke, at least real banks give you the courtesy .
