Scam casino, please avoid, here is what they wrote me after i won 380 EUR, and please note that i am a depositing client playing here since 2023.
"Therefore, we have made the decision to confiscate the exceeded winnings. You are left with the maximum amount allowed to withdraw from the no-deposit bonus. "

They only let me withdraw 50 EUR, however i cpmpleted all wagering requirements, i stayed for hours and hours to do that with small bets. I was really happy to withdraw ONLY 380 EUR, is not even a big amount but they confiscated :(
Please avoid such typo of casinos , if they confiscate for a win of only 380 EUR , what can you expect if you have a big win? Stay safe and go somehwere else please !

Huge scammers , I won 44000 cad gambling for almost 3 days , my reload active bonus was only 75 cad which I waged all the first 10 mins , they cleared my whole winnings , they blame it on the default system should limit my bid . Huge cheaters . I don’t believe how scammers there are .their system didn’t limit my bids than they blame it on me .

I am trying to withdraw $2000 from Bizzo but cannot satisfy there need to confirm my identity. I submitted numerous documents that have been rejected. Yesterday I submitted a document straight from my bank but it was rejected. My next try is getting a document from my bank on there letterhead. If that doesn't work, i don't know what will work. Nowhere on my Internet banking does it give me an option to submit anything that has my 16 digit card number. They are making this very difficult to withdraw your winnings. I recommend getting all your documentation approved by Bizzo before making a deposit. Feeling ripped off.

Seems a common complaint that this company doesn’t pay big pay outs on technicalities. I had 8000 ripped off me because I apparently breached some bonus rule. When there are rules around bonuses online casinos usually restrict you from breaching it in real time. This lot let you continue winning and then just take it all off you. Customer service is terrible. Robots.

Nice casino when it works. After a while though the pages won’t load at all, they stay blank or freeze at the Bizzo animated logo. This happens consistently. I’m forced to clear my browser cache to get it working again. Using Safari mobile but encountered this on another browser as well.

Edit: Incognito mode seems to be more stable so bumping up my rating. Still forced to refresh the page though when I get a blank screen
