I LOVED the package we booked, it was immaculate and looked amazing in our garden. We will definitely use BJ’s again and all our toddler friends were impressed so will definitely be sharing you guys out! Not only the quality of the stuff, but the guys who came to set it up were just so lovely and professional. They had the utmost respect being in someone’s home and I just found their attitude spot on. Also the company have the absolute most fair policy on weather/cancelations, I spoke to some companies who needed 2 weeks notice to cancel etc which isn’t fair! But BJ’s is nothing like that and the sole reason I chose them over the others.

Also just a little thing, but I was shocked to see the guys actually cleaning the softplay/bouncy before packing it away! (It was in the garden so will have got some muddy marks)! I’ve hired the most filthy softplays before and had to clean myself on arrival!! So these guys really do look after their equipment!

We have used BJ's Bouncy Castles and could not fault them. Great communication and service - the inflatable games went down a storm and we will definitely use again!

The team is incredibly professional, reliable, and a joy to work with. Hollie and Jamie, in particular, go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly — they’re amazing!

The setup is always prompt, the equipment is spotless and safe, and the children have the best time. It’s clear the whole team takes real pride in what they do. I couldn’t recommend BJ’s Bouncy Castle highly enough. Thank you for being such a big part of our event year after year!

Every thing went right for our wedding party...the ordering was quick there was a few things that we wanted to ask so we requested a call which they contacted us back the next day. Then they turned up on time and collected on time and all the staff were very friendly. We definitely recommend bj's

We hired a princess pink castle with slide when it arrived it had been packed away with the wrong (Encanto) panels on. The 2 delivery men were so lovely and insisted they would came back before the party started which they did. Would highly recommend this company & will be using them again 10/10

Jamie and Ben who delivered, set up and took down our giant (awesome - definitely recommended, kept 100 kids busy all day) football dartboard and inflatable basketball game were great - punctual, helpful, tidy, friendly and just got on with the job.

We hired a bouncy castle for grandchildren in our garden. Driver kept us up to date with delivery and collection times, he was friendly and considerate (shout out to Charlie!). The castle was excellent quality, seemed very new and clean. Very happy to recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

This is an outstanding company to hire your children’s inflatables. They have a very large range of bouncy castles and fun and games to choose from. I ordered online and was very easy and clear. Received an email immediately confirming my order and follow emails prior to delivery. On the day I had a text before delivery letting me know they were in there way.
Super friendly staff, quick and effective and explained everything after set up was complete.
Arrived to collect as planned and collected with out effecting our home party.
Highly recommend for a safe - clean - friendly and professional company.
