Untrustworthy and Thirdclass category payment gateway

They charges extra for bigger cash out. The more you cash out, the more they will charge you. Mainly if freelancers withdraw money with bkash, they charge higher. Don't use bkash. Rocket is fur better than it always.

Very high charge for cashout. For 1000tk cashout, they charge about 20tk while Nagad and DutchBangla charge less than this. They should reduce it and make it less than 5 for 1000tk. Customer care is less active and much slower than others. I had to wait more than 1 hour for 5 minutes of work. Bkash applied a bad and crucial policy with Payoneer that none can withdraw less than $150 to the bank unless they use bkash. While previously, freelancers could withdraw only $50 to the bank but now it's not possible due to bkash. Bkash is Forcing people to use bkash. Even high charge about 2% from payoneer to bkash.
