Highly Recommend
I know little about plumbing/heating systems and was therefore skeptical of anyone coming round and giving me a quote. Ben came to evaluate my system, very open as to what was needed, never put any pressure on me to commit, came back with a reasonable quote.
The team that came to install the system completed on the scheduled time, very open to talking through what they were doing, walked me through what to expect. They left no mess, continually cleaned up after themselves, and the problems they did experience they were open about them and dealt with them in a timely manner.
Would highly recommend
Job - Remove old heating system, install a new one and relocate the boiler from downstairs to upstairs.

A prompt, efficient response to my initial enquiry.
My initial contact was dealt with promptly. An appointment was made and the engineers attended when expected, did the work, cleaned and tidied up and left the room neat and tidy. They were also happy to answer some questions for us which helped us to clarify some future heating needs.

I only wished I had rang sooner!
I rang in the hope of getting someone around to repair our toilet within a week or so and was pleasantly surprised they were able to send someone that very same day. John was friendly and professional and actually had the parts on him and repaired the toilet within an hour! I was pleased with such a quick turnaround and over the moon with having a working toilet again after months of fighting with it. I only wished I had rang sooner!
