No one should buy their bus ticket

No one should buy their bus ticket. They always delay. I think they are paying to get a lot of good reviews other than that the service is trash. Even there was no water or tissue on the toilet.

Terrible

Had one ride. The girl gave me a 1 star review for no legitimate reason. I deleted my account and now I am unable to link my mobile number to my new untarnished account. Blabla car shouldn’t allow people to write u just negative reviews that will impact people’s score unjustly. The drivers should not be able to make their reviews about personal things. I have reported the issue and got not response from blabla car

This was unacceptable

This was unacceptable. A Montenegrin driver physically slapped me to make me move seats, instead of speaking to me like a normal passenger. I was awake, wearing a sleep mask, and could easily have been asked to move.

There is no justification for a driver using physical force on a passenger. This was aggressive and made me feel unsafe.

Blablacar Bus should identify the driver, investigate this incident and take disciplinary action.

It’s great when it works

It’s great when it works. I had a trip cancelled very very last minute. First time trying the application and more than likely will not try again.

Had a great experience with our first ride. Affordable enough, BUT Blablacar charges an insane amount of commission which means driving is only rarely gonna be worth the effort for people.
For reference - according to our driver Blabla charged 12£ off of 20£ as commission, I think it should be at most 2-4£ for this kind of charge.

Very bad experience with RegioJet.

On Friday, June 5th, the bus arrived very late at Geneva Bus Station (Place Dorcière), and unfortunately this was not the first time. Delays seem to be the norm on every trip. But what happened next was even worse: when the bus finally arrived, it did not even stop in a parking bay and simply continued on its way. We assumed it was just making a loop and would come back to pick us up, but it never returned.

As a result, I was left stranded and unable to make my journey. I then tried to request a refund, but this proved impossible. The website was not functioning properly, and the link I received by email did not allow me to submit a refund request either.

I am extremely disappointed by this complete lack of reliability and by the absence of any effective solution for customers. Between the repeated delays, the failure to stop and pick up passengers, and the inability to obtain a refund, the service is simply unacceptable.

I absolutely do not recommend this company, and I will never travel with RegioJet again.

Terrible - Changed start time, location

Booked a ride. On the day of, the driver moved the starting point from 10 min away to an hour away and said he was leaving an hour earlier.

Serious Safety Complaint: Woman and Toddler Left Stranded on Highway

My wife, my 2-year-old daughter, and my nephew were traveling to Mumbai through BlaBlaCar. During the journey, they politely requested the driver to switch off the AC because my nephew was feeling unwell and could not tolerate it. Instead of showing basic human decency or attempting to find a reasonable solution, the driver chose to abandon them on the highway.

Leaving a woman, a toddler, and other passengers stranded on a highway over such a trivial request is not only irresponsible but utterly disgraceful. This behavior demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and concern for passenger safety.

What is even more shocking is that a platform like BlaBlaCar allows such individuals to operate under its banner. If this is the level of accountability and passenger protection being offered, serious questions need to be asked about how BlaBlaCar screens, monitors, and disciplines its drivers.

I will be escalating this complaint personally because this incident is completely unacceptable. Passenger safety should never be compromised due to a driver's ego or unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request.

Drivers ignore bookings, BlaBlaCar does nothing

Months ago I complained about drivers ignoring booking requests. Now it happened again.

A highly rated "Super Driver" ignored my booking request until it expired. As always, I had to arrange alternative transportation and travel by train.

The most frustrating part is that BlaBlaCar still blocks the service fee for days even though no ride took place and no service was provided. Their notification even claimed that no money had been charged, while the amount was unavailable on my account.

This is not a one-off incident. It keeps happening with drivers who are presented as reliable. Passengers cannot review drivers who ignore booking requests, so the ratings create a misleading picture of reliability.

At this point BlaBlaCar has become practically unusable for me. I can no longer trust the platform when I actually need transportation.

I used this app as a tourist stuck in Brussels trying to get back to Paris for a flight. I think this is a wonderful concept. We felt safe and it absolutely helped us get out of what would have been an emergency situation at the time- all of the trains and public transport services were down due to the strikes. NEVER

NEVER. Driver cancelled while on the way to pick me up to take me to the airport. Ended up costing me almost 200 euros because I had to cab because I had missed the bus. guy said he just did not feel like driving to the airport today... Don't put your trust in this unless it doesn't really matter if you need the ride. Go ANY OTHER WAY!!! BEWARE... oh and zero repercussions for the driver...just too bad for me...

I booked blabla car Grenoble to Annecy and Annecy to Grenoble and both the ways the buses are late by an hour.
All passengers had to wait in scroching heat
