My Experience with Alexey Ruzaev and Blackberg LP – Please Do Your Own Research

My Personal Experience with Alexey Ruzaev / Blackberg LP

This review reflects only my personal experience dealing with Alexey Ruzaev (who also introduced himself to me as Alex Rouse) and the companies Blackberg LP, BlackEdge LP, and BlackBird LP.

Before I decided to proceed, I was shown business presentations, financial materials, and documents that were presented as evidence of a successful business. Based on those representations and numerous discussions, I decided to invest my own funds.

When the time came for the agreed obligations to be fulfilled, I did not receive the expected payments. Instead, I was repeatedly given different explanations for the delays, and the expected timeline kept changing. Despite many attempts to resolve the matter directly, no satisfactory resolution was reached.

After I formally requested the return of my funds and began pursuing the legal remedies available to me, communication eventually stopped. The relevant documentation has since been submitted to the appropriate authorities, and legal proceedings have been initiated.

Unfortunately, I am unable to include every detail of my experience in this review because I want to respect the platform’s guidelines. I have tried to share the key facts of my experience as accurately and fairly as possible.

This review reflects only my own experience, and I cannot comment on anyone else’s situation. However, if you are considering doing business with Alexey Ruzaev, Blackberg LP, BlackEdge LP, or BlackBird LP, I encourage you to independently research publicly available information about these individuals and companies, carry out your own due diligence, and seek independent legal and financial advice before making any investment or business decisions.

Stay away from Blackberg LP

Stay away from Blackberg LP, Alexey Ruzaev or Alex Rouse, BlackEdge and Meshera Mineral General Partner Alexey Ruzaev and Blackberg is currently more than 7 months in breach of contract with me, and my matter remains unresolved.

Stay away. This is not an investment fund - it's a SCAM.

I want to share my experience so others don't make the same mistake I did.
I invested $25,000 with Blackberg LP, run by a guy named Alexey Ruzaev. He came across very professional - showed me detailed documents, performance reports, everything looked legitimate. He promised returns between 15% and 35%, backed by what appeared to be real paperwork. I trusted it. I wired the money.
Then came the excuses. First it was a "liquidity issue." Then an "AML review." Then a "regulatory hold." Each time - new story, no documents, no proof of anything. When I asked for basic financial statements (which I was legally entitled to under our agreement), I got nothing. The $25,775 they acknowledged owing me in writing? Still not paid.
Here's what I found out later: I'm not the only one. Several other investors have been through the exact same thing - same promises, same delays, same fake explanations. We've now filed arbitration together through JAMS. This is an active legal case.
A few things I'd warn you about specifically:
He shows you documents that look very official and legitimate. Don't be fooled - that's exactly how this works. The paperwork is designed to make you feel safe before you hand over your money.
Do your research online before you do anything. There are patterns here that suggest this isn't a one-time thing. From what I understand, he is currently based in China and may be trying to attract investors in Asian markets using the same playbook - professional-looking companies, legal-sounding documents, big return promises.
If someone is offering you 15-35% guaranteed returns with polished materials and a smooth pitch - ask hard questions. Demand audited financials. Check SEC registration. And Google the name "Alexey Ruzaev" and "Blackberg LP" before you consider anything.
I wish someone had warned me. That's why I'm writing this.
