Supporting small businesses especially from New York is important to me. So when I saw that this company was based out of Long Island and featured their product on fresh direct as well as in target, which is where I purchased two frozen pizzas by this brand I was very excited to try them. Both pizzas were extremely sour to the point where all you can taste was sour tomato sauce (I assume was the issue). Everyone hated it and it was a complete waste of dinner. But what bothers me the most is when I reached out to the company to expressed my concern they completely disregarded my feedback. You would assume a small business would make an effort to reach out to customers and respond but I was ignored even though I provided the lot number information of the products that tasted so awful for the reference without asking for anything besides just sharing my first time experience with their product. I am extremely disappointed and highly recommend staying away from Brands like this because they do not value customer service nor do they provide a good quality/tasting product. Very unfortunate to say the least.
