It's been a while since I reached out…

It's been a while since I reached out to you guys so I forgot the rep's name but I appreciate his time.
I was expecting 2 refunds and didn't see them in the on the virtual card. He assured me it was.

I would like to say that it would be nice to see refunds so as to know the current balance.

I don't remember the exact date.
