Sells used bikes at inflated prices

Sells used bikes at inflated prices , without checking them for problems. I bought a Whyte G170 from them for £1800. On first ride the wheel seized and the bike made a terrible creaking sound and was completely unrideable. Found the rear axle was bent and the BB completely seized. In my view buying a used bike from a company rather than an individual, I expect them to add value by doing a complete service and make sure the bike is fit for purpose. I Tried to contact them several times to get a resolution, and was ignored . AVOID
