I am absolutely appalled by the way Tina speaks to and treats others. The level of disrespect, hostility, and complete lack of basic courtesy is concerning, to say the least. The way this business conducts itself is completely unacceptable, and I would expect a much higher standard of professionalism from someone working in the equestrian community.
Tina was extremely unprofessional with us to a degree I have genuinely never experienced before. While they try to present themselves as kind and caring on the surface, it is a complete wolf in sheep’s clothing. Behind that fake persona, their actual email responses and online conduct are completely unhinged and out of control. The hostile, erratic way they handle communication is shocking for anyone running a public business.
Once you see how out of control they actually are online, the mask completely falls off. That kind of volatile behavior speaks volumes about who they really are when the public isn't watching, and I would never trust someone like this around my children or my horses. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
