Ordered products nearly two months ago now. Emailed and called nothing. I used to order regular but customer service now gone to pot clearly!

Ordered Shape Paste Three Pack, payment taken and nothing despatched as yet. Emailed twice but no response and called their customer service line but just goes to voicemail.

I’ve raised a dispute with Amex so will see what happens but such a shame as previously been a great experience.

I purchased 3 Items from their website mid-march, haven’t received yet anything, nor any reply to my emails and instagram’s DM.
Awful experience, customer service not available.

Zero customer service. Have emailed 7 times to find out where my order is and no reply. have called multiple times and nothing. Will be taking this up with my bank as I'm clearly not going to get what I ordered

These guys used to have great customer service and got your order to you quickly. Not sure what has happened recently but it all seems like it’s gone down hill judging by everybody else’s experience too. Anyone know how I can receive a refund from these guys?

Echoing the other reviews here. Ordered x3 of the shape paste (bundle pack) and the hair mist at the end of March. Item hasn’t arrived, emails have been ignored and their number goes to a voicemail that nobody seemingly monitors. This is also the 2nd time this has happened as back in February, I received an order that I made in OCTOBER! Suffice to say I will never use this joke of an organisation again.

One thing I did want to point out is that I used Clearpay to buy the items so haven’t got a clue how to basically get my money back. It’s a disgrace.

Shame, I've just read the most recent reviews and I'm in the same situation. Ordered a product 14th March and it's still not delivered or even dispatched according to Royal Mail.

I've used this brand for years and they've disappeared.

Ordered 2 items the hold spray and Matt clay for total of £28.95. Items were not dispatched on the tracking so therefore I emailed them numerous times however no reply. A month later with still no item I contacted PayPal who issued a refund in my favour. The customer service is horrendous. Would not use again.

I have been buying black label product for a year or so now and love the products, but on my last order they left out an item.
I wouldn’t normally mind but I have chased on email 3 times to either get my money back or get a replacement item sent out… but not a single reply or acknowledgment to any of my emails. They have taken my money and not shipped the product… very poor service!

4 months and still ……….. Nothing

Placed an order 2 weeks ago with next day delivery for pre styling spray and matt clay as have used these in the past and are great products. Just a shame that their service is HORRIFIC.

Items still haven't been shipped and no reply to emails requesting an update and since requesting a refund as I have had to find alternative items (from Boots which arrived the next day!).

Same situation as buyers below ordered and cannot get in touch with anyone to see what going on. Shows as having tracking but Royal Mail says parcel Un- received from them. I’ve contacted bank to get my money back

Contacted my bank to get my funds returned this happened 24 hours later, had no communication from black label about after I done this?? are they even still in business ??

Placed an order over a month ago and have received no order update. All of my emails and social media messages have been ignored. Absolute disgrace of a company and should be shut down as they are evidently stealing peoples money repeatedly.

I ordered in Mid-February, and still have not received my order. They updated (5 days after purchase) saying it was now out for delivery. It wasn't- the Post Office STILL haven't received it. No reply to any of my emails, and I raised a ticket with Shopify but all ignored. Absolutely useless Customer Service, which is a shame as I love their products. Do not order - this is utterly shambolic!

They claim: "Forget automated replies and endless email chains, we're not like other brands."
Tried calling on multiple occasions and nobody ever answered.
Orders are not processed on time and no emails are following on that either.
There was a time when they were a decent brand to use, went down the hill hard unfortunately...

P.s. their website shows 4.5 out of 5 start on Trustpilot. About time to update your 4.5 stars...

I wish had looked at these other reviews before buying but because I used black label before I thought nothing of it. Something in there company has changed and it’s not for the better!
I ordered 3/4 weeks ago and still no delivery or response from black label.

Shame... Ive used Black Label for years and never had an issue until i ordered last black Friday and the order took a month to arrive. I never had a response from them to emails or calls.
I received an email not long back apologising for the delivery delays and saying that they had a new team now and all is well so i decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately back to the same issue, paid for 48hr delivery and 2 weeks later, still not received anything. Not responding to calls and emails.
How have Paypal not banned them by now?! Looks like ill be looking for a new product.

Opened up a PayPal dispute as I was being ignored. I ordered 6 weeks ago and paid for 2 days shipping. Still not arrived. The PayPal responses are automated so it keeps the case open but nothing is getting resolved. Anyone new to using this company just take a look at the banner above the company name on trust pilot. They have found them out to be fraudulent so it's a non brainer. Do. Not. Use.
