When I’m traveling with my child, it’s such a relief knowing we’re in safe, reliable hands. Every driver we’ve had has been friendly, professional, and kind.
On our most recent trip to California, our flight was delayed by 14 hours and ultimately diverted from Burbank to LAX. Despite the very late arrival, Blacklane was there for us. I can’t describe the relief I felt when we saw our amazing driver, Fouad, waiting for us at baggage claim.

My experience with Blacklane was terrific!
My driver was prompt, professional, personable. He anticipated my needs, from luggage assistance to extra legroom for comfort. His vehicle was perfectly clean, inside and out. Our driver, Mr. Mohamed Aldernawi, was very communicative and polite. He gave us suggestions for eating near our hotel. We felt safe and could sit back and relax after a long journey all day.

Poor quality and dishonest
Two of the rides I took with them they forgot one of the car seats for my family. They had no backup plan, so my daughter and I were stranded (once after a 12 hour flight).
When we appealed to support, the drivers claimed they did have them, despite me having a paper trail of calling support, renting an airport car seat, and taking an uber home.
The lack of quality and frankly ethics means I’d never trust this business again.
