Charlie and team…
This is a new young company dealing with high demand as their product is exciting thier trend ideas new and original etc i had a few delivery problems but i had a phonecall from Charlie from the company he refunded my postage which was lovely and he was extremely nice and im a very happy customer having received that call just to say sorry for the problems which have now been addressed my product arrived and im sure in future i now have the confidence in the company to order more great items thank you to Charlie for your call and all the best to you and your team Amanda Monks.

I originally had a poor experience with my order and delivery (for the second time), but I want to update my review to reflect how the company handled things afterwards.
After I shared my concerns, they proactively reached out by phone to apologise and explain what had gone wrong. They took full responsibility, provided clarity on the situation, and were genuinely committed to making things right. That kind of personal follow-up really stood out to me because it shows they care about their customers and are working hard to improve.
It’s clear they’re a growing independent business trying to keep up with high demand, which can come with challenges. There’s still some room for improvement (I think they'd agree), but I believe they’re on the right track while staying true to the human touch that makes smaller/independent businesses special.
Oh and the products are great. Genuinely.
Ordered returned and reship…
Ordered a jumper but I stupidly ordered the wrong size. Tried to return but the return process was not working at the time. So I returned myself and contacted customer service.
They were super helpful and understanding. Refund me my post cost and also managed to send the new size out the next day for next day delivery! So quick and helpful people! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Great products but very very slow delivery.
1 week later and on two separate orders I’m still waiting for a dispatch notification.
Free delivery is a great option but not when it takes 3x as long as advertised.

The thing that let them down is shipping / customer service.
Delivery was free (which is great) but advertised as 2-4 days. It took 4 working days for them to dispatch my order and an extra three for Royal Mail to deliver. Including weekends it took 9 days total to arrive.
When I realised, the day before I needed the items to arrive, that they hadn’t dispatched it yet - I emailed customer service to see if there was any chance I could pay to upgrade to next day delivery. Customer service ignored my email and I never received a response. (Wouldn’t have left this review if they had).
For an online only retailer without a physical shop, delivery and customer service should be sharp. Unfortunately it wasn’t for my order.

Poor Quality Garments not up to spec for thier advertised sports
Nice selection of garms, however my climbing pants ripped whilst climbing, I'd had them for less than 3months. I would of loved to wear them on my international travels, however due to Jack and their teams slow processing of my refund and new order (should of just sent me out a new pair the day I shipped mine back via DHL) they took an additional 4days to ship out my order, which meant I wasn't able to take them on my travels. So to reiterate - poor quality garments not up to the task, coupled with slow to action customer service from the team. I have advised them i'll likely be better off with another pants supplier...And shall be returning my order upon reciept.

Blacksmiths of london for me suits my style and have a wide selection of clothing to choose from from denim to trousers tee's overshirts jackets gliets the list is endless. There website is simple to navigate and offer message alerts for restock in items sold out .Customer service is key to any business and any queries sent to Blacksmiths are responded promptly giving you piece of mind.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my delivery as unfortunately it went missing from my flat as I wasn’t in when it arrived. I ordered the same item straight away as it had just been restocked and I had wanted it for a while. I received a reply to my email the next working day from Jack who was very helpful and gave me a refund for my original order and said he would raise a claim with Royal Mail directly. Great independent brand that makes great clothes and looks after their customers. I had a similar problem with a delivery from another company before Christmas, and they were nowhere near as helpful as the guys at Blacksmith store.

I wanted something well made that didn't boast an enormous company logo. I bought items from Power Goods through Blacksmith and they fit the bill perfectly. They are hardy and very well made, great fit, comfortable and warm (my boyfriend has actually teased me about not going anywhere in something other than my trackies) and logo free!
The customer service is absolutely 10/10. A recent mix up was sorted immediatley at no expense to me. Jack was super helpful, punctual and friendly.

Good folk providing the quality of products we thought we could only dream of at reasonable prices. These guys are a diamond in the rough in todays world.
I've ordered from Blacksmith several times having yearned for quality, durable, heavyweight goods which I thought were only a fantasy by todays standards, and have never been disappointed.
I recently made the hideous faux pas of accidentally confusing the returns labels of a two packages, one going to Blacksmith, another to another brand. I promptly received a call off Charlie at Blacksmith who was a really sound guy, totally understanding about the situation. He offered to cover the returns cost to the other brand with no questions asked, and was incredibly patient while the other brand took 6+ weeks to respond. What a legend. Cheers Charlie! It's incredibly rare and refreshing to find people who are looking to take as little as they can from consumers, as opposed to as much as they can. These ethics shine throughout the business.
Be grateful to have businesses like this still around. Up the independents!
