Deceptive emails and failure to deliver product
Ordered on October 27th. As of today 11-14-2025 I have still not received my order. (18days now) I have real time tracking and so I checked on it after a week or so and it said the order was in Boca Raton "awaiting item". Then I got an email saying "your order has been shipped". Still never received so I checked tracking and again it was still in Boca Raton. I emailed an inquiry and received an email back from Trevor assuring me me it was on the way. I did a good review because I was happy they said it was on the way but only to find out that even as of todays date, 11-14-25 it is STILL IN BOCA RATON!! So they sent me emails that were false and took my money. Use your own judgement. I don't know what happened to them as they were one of my favorite brands and company. Did they just rip me off? What would you think? Be careful and use your own judgement. Something is different at Blackstone so if you place an order good luck, like I say what would you think?
