Ok so I review my whole experience with shopping not just jacket. The jacket itself is well made and beautiful. Feel , design and fit are great , it does run small as other mentioned but I got the right size . It’s not as thick as some other shearling jackets which is a plus since you normally don’t need that in European environments.

My only concern is about issues with communication. Like old comments and reviews are saying not every email been respond to , and sometimes I had to send the same message twice , through gmail and through website to get response, the thing that you guys have some it issue there is one thing, but the fact that this is not getting fixed( some reviews say the same are over year old) it affects overall experience shopping with you, when after a week you realise your email wasn’t received and you have to send it again. Overall it was great.

Perri was amazing to work with. The first time they sent me my jacket, it didn't fit quite right. They took it back, remade it, and sent another, all at no additional charge. Incredible.

My jackets is beautiful and fits perfectly now. Only small piece of feedback to them would be that the internal seams on the sleeves are a little scratchy on bare skin. But not a big deal.

I received my B15 toffee shearling yesterday and it is even better than expected. WOW!! It’s an amazing jacket! The toffee colour in the pics is spot on… in fact it is even richer in colour in the flesh without looking tacky. The leather is absolutely first class. Soft and buttery but not delicate. The quality oozes out of every pore. The black leather is rich, deep and oh so classy. I lengthened the jacket by a centimetre and the length is perfect. It is an exceptionally well made jacket as were my other two purchased over the last two and a half years. I have no doubt these jackets are made by master craftsmen who are passionate about what they do. It shows in the product.
I have received numerous compliments and queries about my previous jackets - the charcoal Buckley and the Black Rebel, each have their own vibe and personality.

Sean, like Perri, has been an amazing ‘jacket mentor’ nothing is too much trouble. All queries and concerns are always promptly addressed and their product knowledge is super impressive.

I ordered the B15 in late November and I didn’t have to wait very long at all to get it to my door.

I highly recommend Blake Hedley. They are the nicest people to deal with and their products are first class. This is my third jacket from them. I would not keep going back to them if I did not feel they were worth the return business.

Please do yourself a a favour and get them to make a jacket for you.

We’re in the Australian summer at the moment and I can't wait for winter to come. As stated before I often say to friends and family during the winter months when everyone is complaining about the cold ‘ What winter’ because I’m as snug as a bug in a rug in my Blake Hedley shearling.

Received my Buckley mk 2 in Bournville and Cream today, exactly 2 weeks from ordering.
The jacket is an absolute thing of beauty! It fits like a glove and has the absolute softest, flawless leather and a beautiful soft shearling lining.
I must admit I was a little nervous ordering from a small company I hadn't previously heard of, but my faith was rewarded with a jacket of the highest quality. Thank you!

Watch out European buyers! You will have to pay 200 euro extra! The site says tax included but apparently it is not correct. The response i got is: we mentioned it multiple times with our sitebuilder, but they still did not fix it...

Beautiful product and a professional team. I bought the Buckley Black color, and at first glance, I thought the jacket was good. However, upon a second look, I realized that it is truly beautiful. For those who appreciate handcrafted items, the jacket is skillfully made by professionals, giving it an authentic look, especially for a classic jacket like this. The material is good, and the jacket stands out as genuine among the sea of similar faux leather jackets from the same models you see every day. It keeps you very warm. I highly recommend it, as it is not expensive compared to the quality and finishing. I would like to thank the team in charge, Perri and Sean; they are professional and know what they are doing. In the end, the Blake Hedley brand deserves to be more well-known in the market.

I purchased my jacket in Nov. 2022 and it instantly became one of my favorite jackets to wear. Unfortunately, there was a piece of leather that was faulty in the back, so I reached out and was fortunate enough to get a response from Perri over in the Customer Service department. Long story short, I was able to send the jacket back, it was repaired in an extremely timely manner and before I knew it, the new one was shipped to me.

I didn't realize Customer Service like this still existed and am very thankful for Perri and the Blake Hedley team for making this right.

I am very much looking forward to purchasing my second jacket from them this upcoming Holiday Season.

I live in Los Angeles California. I saw a post on IG about Blake Hedley.I checked and I loved their products instantly but, I was skeptical ordering from UK as I had some bad experiences before, so it took me a long time to buy from them.

I finally decide to get what I wanted to but and I’m in love with their products. The shipping was fast. I ordered the Denby full charcoal, the Bomber Bourneville suede, wool baker in light grey, the wide baker black and blue and, the herringbone wool overcoat all at once because I didn’t want to let the opportunity pass by. Perri McGovern was very polite and professional.

I’m really satisfied with their products.

The jacket arrived as promised and on time, considering I ordered only a few days ago it was quick and can clearly see the quality - craftsmanship that goes into each and every single jacket. Really nice and you clearly have to pay for quality.. hopefully will last for many, many years - good investment.

I’ve ordered two shearling jackets at the same time, one from a well known brand and one from Blake Hedley just so I could compare and decide which one to keep. Both were nice but the quality of “The Nelson” from BH was just a different league so that’s the one I went for. The jacket I chose was made to order with specific alterations and despite having order it just before Christmas it arrived very quickly well before the expect date. Their customer service is second to none, it reflect the quality of their products and Perri was just a dream to deal with, very helpful and quick on her response each time I was emailing her. No break in period was required the jacket fits like a glove from the first time I wore it and looks terrific! Very impressed! Thank you Blake Hedley..

I was delighted when my Blake Hedley jacket arrived. I'd not heard of the brand before - I was about to spend quite a bit more on another brand. When I saw their site I thought well worth a try. I'm delighted I did. The jacket I chose was made to order and arrived on time just over 2 weeks from order date. When I opened the package I was delighted with the quality of the shearling. Definitely looks and feels every inch the premium product. When I tried it on the fit wasn't quite right. I got back in touch with BH to see if they did alterations or could recommend anyone that could help. Their response was way above expectation - they offered to make me a custom fit jacket as a replacement as opposed to altering my jacket. Fantastic! Thank you Blake Hedley and Perri!

Chuffed to bits with my handmade Blake Hedley Black Rebel! So warm and soft and well fitting. Looks fantastic too! Haven’t taken it off haha. Great experience with Blake Hedley - they tailored my Denby jacket to a custom size for no additional fee. Perri replied promptly to any questions or concerns and I am incredibly happy with my jacket.

The BEST Shearling leather jacket! My favorite part of the whole experience is the customer service from Blake hedley. They are very friendly and helpful, doing whatever they can so that you make the right purchase. They always try to get back to you as soon as they can, sometime it may take them a minute to respond but they do their best. the lambskin outer is soft to the touch right out of the box. No break in period require, comfortable as soon as you put it on. Uses high material, pays attention to detail and doesnt cut any corners. If you are looking for a badass leather jacket that wont break the bank, Blake hedley is right for you. You wont regret it!

Order a Lumberjack Shirt, really helpfull people, I had to exchange and found no problems at all.

Currently own the B2 and the buckley, both jackets ordered separately and arrived within two weeks on both occasions, no signs of cutting corners with attention to detail, nice to see YK zippers being used, both jackets have been worn in recent winter temperatures (yorkshire UK) very toasty with just a tshirt as expected with shearling, customer service and craftsmanship is 10/10 (thanks perri!)

After checking out their insta and after loads of going back and forth I took the plunge and ordered a shearling coat I'm so happy I took the chance. The coat came in the two weeks stated as are made to order and was absolutely beautiful. Rare to say but the coat was as good if not better in person than the pics on insta, Really comfortable, fit is bang on as well I'm quite broad and 5'10 and the medium was perfect. Leather is soft straight out the box and the quality of the materials and construction is really high making the prices really cheap imo for such well designed and made coats genuinely really happy and definitely highly recommended.

Saw the B-15 Toffee and just had to have it to add to my collection of shearlings. Customer service was amazing. Basically custom made me an extra small although not listed on website. I ordered two sizes to ship to US and rather than have me worry about cost of shipping back they sent me a prepaid return label for the size I shipped back. Jacket is as amazing as pictured, fits perfectly and is amongst my finest shearlings now. Great all around experience.
