Bought two shirts

Neither of them was true to the pictures and description on the website. We ordered navy blue, and what arrived was charcoal grey. The Logo was completely different too. The Support team gaslight us and kept saying "We do our best to make our website photos as accurate as possible, however due to differing colour gamut’s on screens and devices, it can be difficult to make this 100% accurate to the physical product. I can confirm that you have received the correct item and the colour is accurate" We replyed by saying... I completely disagree on your assessment. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it protects me from products not being as described. This includes differences in colour and differences in design, which is clearly different. The product description states "embroidered anchor logo on the chest", yet the product has a 'B' logo. The picture is therefore not a true reflection to the product and falls under not as described. But still they insist we received the correct order. Therefore we will be reporting them as this is a clear violation of Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Bought a Blakeley jumoer for daughter in law for Xmas; worn once and pocket stitching coming undone.Customer service a joke , no replacement coming despite photos sent of problem and order number!! Very frustrated

Absolutely shocking ‘ONLINE ONLY’ company. No customer service line to call and 5 day waiting period for email correspondence. I ordered an oversized hoodie for my fiancé for Christmas along with matching leggings. The leggings arrived, but the hoodie didn’t. The hoodie hadn’t even been given a tracking number. So obviously hadn’t been sent. I contacted Blakley and because it took them so long to reply. I had to order a replacement just to be here before Christmas. Sod’s Law they contacted me and were ‘VERY APOLOGETIC’ and sent the original out. The original and the replacement arrived at the same time. Ok I thought I will send one back, LOL!!! Silly me. Can’t send the replacement back for a refund as it’s past the ‘14 Day’ money back guarantee and I’ve also started the return only to be kicked out of the online return page and now I can’t download my return QR code and keep going round and round in circles. Shambolic company and I suggest anyone reading this to never order anything from this company!!

Good clothing good quality but not so good with delivery or customer service, late delivery and silly waiting times from a email response as there is not other way of contacting would of been great but has put me off with the 10 day wait for products
