Having read the negative reviews on this company, I hesitated in ordering from them but the throws (Bronte Moon) were a very good price and free postage, so I decided to risk it. I received prompt tracking information, they were well packaged and arrived within the week.
In fact, I have just made a second order ! And nooooo, I am not related in any way to this company...just a very satisfied customer 🙂

Similar to the client below, returned blanket with original tags etc on including the keyring which is attached to the tag on the blanket, and in the original bag.
Email today from Blanket World saying the “belly band” is missing (this was never even sent out on the first place, so no idea what this even is), and the blanket was crumpled and needed to be ironed therefore a charge of £15 for ironing plus £5.25 + VAT for a replacement “belly band” will be deducted as it now has to be sold as second hand (they also added this might not even be the full amount as it needed to be “signed off by a manager”!) Despite the blanket having the original Brontë tags all still attached and despite their policy on their website that only a charge of £3.95 is deducted to cover the cost of ironing/or pressing.
Avoid.

Avoid! Never sent me my item and fob you off with tracking no that only shows they have not given your item to Royal Mail. Sent the same email blaming Royal Mail and saying a staff member will be back on Monday to deal with the issue, they have send me this 2 weeks in a row so apparently the staff member is always off. Had to open Klarna dispute as they no longer respond to emails.

My son bought me a blanket for Christmas costing £60 which I returned as it was very itchy. Although it was returned in new, as sold condition in original packaging. They deducted £15 and only refunded my son £45. This was not in the refund policy at the time of purchase but has been altered since. Total scam!!! Avoid this company at all cost!
