Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service
Purchased a Whirlpool Microwave through DARTY, and it stopped working after just 6 months. Still under warranty, but the BLANSrl After-Sales Service has been absolutely inadequate and unfair to me.
Instead of genuinely trying to understand the problem and provide a solution, they keep sending generic, empty emails just for the sake of replying. I have been in contact with them almost every day for the past 2weeks, yet nothing has progressed.
Very frustrating and unacceptable. NOT RECOMMENDED !!
