Do not buy the magnetic case for the S10 plus. The touch screen is super non responsive, the finger print sensor does not work and the case cracks under very little pressure. A compete waste of money

Never again to deal with Blazing…

Never again to deal with Blazing Gifts...there service was not blazing at all. The tracking was non-existent. the case when it arrived as some else says was plastic not glass. It did not fit the Note 9. It did not come with any instructions. Just a styrofoam box. The cutout for the off/on switch would not allow the phone to switch on and off because it would not make contact with the phone button. In the end it was a design flaw and very poor quality. I had an IT expert try to make it work and he said after working with it it was rubbish. I tried removing the little contact from the case to see if it woul work, It would not. I tried repositioning it. It didnt work. All in all a very disappointing experience. Now to look for something of quality that works. I wouldnt be able now to ask for a refund and I would want a replacement.

Worst customer service and product

Worst customer service and product.

Bought - Samsung Galaxy Magnetic Double Sided Glass Case Cover S10 plus.

- not a glass case....at best is plastic case
- There is some sticky stuff on the case
- the touch does not work as expected when case is on the mobile
- finger print also does not works

Total waste of money and any review for the product on the website should be paid/fake reviews.

UPDATE::
I sent Blazing Support email on with complaint about the product on 18th January - No response received
Then I sent another follow up email on - 20 January
Following which I posted review on Trustpilot being frustrated. and that is when they responded on within 4 hours of posting review.

Blazing Support Response::
'Following up from our previous email, we now see you left a review on a website. We are unsure where all of this has come from and wonder why you would resort to such tactic to hurt a business when we were trying to help you with your product and purchase.

You never explained that you wished to return the product and that you were unhappy with it to such an extreme. So, if what we have tried to assist you with is "poor customer service" then we are unsure what would help you as this could have been solved easily and in a more civil fashion. '

Now they are unwilling to help and responded to return the item with just one line - 'Returns and refund information is located in the Refunds Policy on the website.'

Absolut rubbish!!

Absolut rubbish!!! I bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max Magnetic Double Sided Glass Case Cover Phone Case blazing-gifts from Blazing Gifts. It’s not even made of glass, it’s a hard plastic. It’s advertise as super strong and reliable. Not even a month with it, I dropped my phone from my pocket and it totally broke the case, it’s useless now.

Still waiting on my phone case tracking…

Still waiting on my phone case tracking is in Chinese which I don't speak e mail blazing gifts no response read comments not expecting much joy apparently quality is poor learn by your mistakes 😡they have responded now apparently due to holiday it has been delayed see what happens fingers crossed 😃

TO RING TELEPHONE 08009550988 YOU GET VOICE MAIL MESSAGE SOME ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK YOU LEAVE MESSAGES NEVER GET A CALL BACK. CASE IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY POOR QUALITY PLEASE BE AWARE YOU CAN BUY BETTER AND CHEAPER ELSEWHERE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not buy!

Do not buy!!
Website and products look awesome... but it's all a ruse.
There are warnings on every page saying shipping could take a long time.. believe them.
It took 19 days for my phone case to arrive. During the wait, I emailed rather frustrated about it, and their staff were not bothered. I also said 'half the tracking information is in Chinese' and they said 'no its not' - helpful.
When it finally arrived, it was terrible. Beside the massive scratches on both sides, it was also a poor fit for the phone, one button was broken, and screen sensitivity was terrible. I emailed pictures and asked for a refund. They replied telling me to remove the protective sticker, that it was what was scratched... yes I has already done that. So sent more photos of the protective sticker beside phone case that yes, was scratched. Still no sympathy, no apology, nothing. Send me a courier sticker which was only good for 24 hrs and sent it back. Had to buy my own courier bag.
Then a email issuing an exact refund of purchase price. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing at all.
Avoid.
