Took my car here to be checked after hearing a slight change in engine noise.. first class service .. they checked my car and provided a courtesy car... they could not find any faults .. but would not take any money .. thank you Bleakhall for being an honest and trusted garage.. highly recommend

I also had a horrible experience having purchased a Groupon voucher for mot .I walked round while car was being mot d however I was told while they were test car the car the air bag warning light had come on and therefore it had to fail amounting to a huge bill .The light was not on when it went into garage They said the part would have to be ordered and as from overseas Renaught would be expensive can’t remember the amount now but was very very expensive I paid as no choice as needed a car but noticed another young lady was also upset at her bill too she had gone on a Groupon Voucher too
No I would never go to this garage again as a week s later I parted with the car and was told the head gasket had gone So believe me it took all my money for MOT then no car at end of this paid all my money think it was £550 can’t remember for sure exactly as this was last year but it was unbelievable and upsetting

Booked an MOT and service, it looked like a good deal but got stung with hidden extras.

I was charged £30 extra for oil, despite my car being bog standard.

I was also given no service report. I now worry whether they actually did the service and oil change at all, my trust is completely shattered in them.

They did pass and submit my MOT, but put on loads of comments about rusty parts etc in the memo section which seemed unnecessary and will now make it harder to sell the car.
