Threw away 950£
Paid 950 pounds for my bifold blinds- didnt get the measure guarantee for 9 pounds extra. Unfortunately mismeasured by 30-40mm (or did i because i believe these companies adjust normally by 50mm or so for the fittings that come longer? I measured from rubber to rubber the visible window) and the plastic cap on the cord base protrudes, unable to trim these or replace with thinner ones.... looked back on the site and the measuring guarantee now FREE for all customers. However customer service very dissappointingly refused to replace/cut/fix and offered 50% off for a new purchase, so another 500 pounds?! No thank you blinds2go, your blinds dont go so i wont be buying again. Shouldnt you be adjusting for 50mm lower than the measurement provided to fit the fly offs?????Crying for my 950 pounds which i paid in installements.The worst experience. Feel like a total dissapointment but site said Do Not Adjust and provide true visible window...terrible
Delibery box was broken completely just open wide.

Click fitting system really easy to use. Only disappointment was the fabric is thin so in daylight it is too light behind the blind & can see through it. The pattern on the fabric can't be seen because of that.

Excellent customer service and a hassle-free replacement
My Click2Go blind had a bit of a falling-out with the wall after about a year. Despite trying the troubleshooting tips several times, it just wouldn’t stay put.
After contacting Customer Service, I was put in touch with Joshua, who sorted everything out straight away. He arranged a replacement drill-in blind, free of charge, with no interrogation or endless questions.
Polite, courteous and super quick to respond. Exactly how customer service should be.
