Excellent service and delivery, good quality replacement slats for vertical blinds

Absolutely love the blinds. They were quick to deliver, good quality, fairly easy to put up (even on your own)
I had 4 blinds of various sizes from very small to quite large.
Seriously recommend BlindsbyPost...one more blind to go up yet!

Very happy with blackout blinds which work really well. Had a problem with install (my fault) and Blinds by Post stepped up and sent me FOC replacement parts. Great aftercare service !

DPD delivered my order to the wrong address on the 5th August and since then I have been dealing with customer services several times and they have been chasing DPD to resolve the issue and due to the lack of response from DPD BlindsbyPost have now re-ordered the blinds hopefully I will receive them soon.

Easy to use website , plenty of choices, quick delivery options brilliant company

I ordered on a Monday and my blinds arrived on Wednesday! Fantastic service, perfect fit blinds are so easy to assemble, had 13 blinds to fit and all completed in half a day!. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We ordered StickFit metal venetian blind for our tilt and turn window in the kitchen. For the price the product is great. It's been a week and no issue. Very easy to install and the size is spot on - so make sure you measure 5 times as they don't offer MeasureSafe on this product.

During my research, I reached out to four different online retailers to seek advice. Blindsbypost always came back to me within two days which no one else did. We decided to go with them because of the responsive customer service. The wand that came with our blind was too short, shorter than stated on the product page. I politely requested a replacement that would be long enough for me to reach over the kitchen counter and they actually deliver - all within a week. We are very impressed with the service.

DX delivery was fast and smooth for us in central London.

The only thing I hope they would improve is to clearly state the length of the wand alongside the measurement fields, rather than only within a drop-down “Important Note” section.

We will definitely order the other blinds in our house from here.

Ordered some venetian to replace an existing set.
Paid extra for next day delivery but they took 4 days to arrive.
Communication from the company was decent and I asked for a refund of the additional posting fees which they did immediately.
However, the quality is naff.
The slats themselves are creased. They arrived rolled up but 3 days later, they still gave creases which is affecting how they hang, even with weights in.
The worst part though is the rail.
The pole used to open them has already fallen off and it can't be used to now twist the blinds.
The only motion available is to open or close them.
It is just cheap plastic rubbish but at £140, I would have expected them to last longer than 2 days.
I've since swapped the rail with my old one and just used the new slats.

The only half decent part of the whole process is that customer services respond quickly...ish

Good quality blinds, well packaged to avoid damage. Package arrived very promptly. Easy to order.
