The blinds were good quality , but I got the wrong drop , I must of caught the inch instead of cm rang up but you wouldn’t change them but as it happens I’ve corrected it myself but I got them fine

I had to email with a query and had a rapid response from Thomas who was very helpful. After ordering my replacement slats they were delivered very quickly and I am very pleased with them. Excellent customer service.

Great blind for the glass on my back door. Didn't want a blind that you have to raise every time you open the back door. This is perfect as it fits to the glass on the back door and you can open the door with the blind raised or lowered. Once installed it looks like the blind was professionally fitted. Very pleased with the blind. Only niggle is the instructions don't match the item as they say to adjust the tension you tighten the string and hook it to the spring. There is no hook for the spring. I had to tighten the string, hold it there and tighten a screw to secure it. A hook on one end would have been much easier. It wouldn't stop me buying another blind though.

Just what I wanted for my kitchen breakfast area. Really good delivery and price. Ordered and received 12 blinds in 6 days.

Good quality blind, arrived with the correct dimensions and was easy and quick to fit. No complaints or misgivings so far, but time will be the test!

We measured wrong ( it is a different system from our previous supplier and we didn’t realise). Customer service were not very helpful. Just told us to re-order and gave us a small discount on our second order. Considering the outlay we had already made, I expected a bit more support!

We bought some pink roller blinds which were no drill. I was really skeptical but pleasantly surprised! So easy to install and great that they can be customised. We are clueless when it comes to installing blinds and measuring so these were amazing to find. The process was really simple and they came quickly. Only downside was that they are definitely a tad more expensive than you will pay for a standard blind. We paid £100 for two but they are blackout blinds and they are customised for the space. 9/10! I have more of the house I want to install these in!
Just for context - we were quoted £40 to fit two blinds - so we’ve saved money by buying these.

Bought a blind from their site, was delivered within the week. The blind just wouldn’t stay up, the lock was useless… Contacted customer service and was faffed about for a couple weeks having to take videos and photos etc…

I got annoyed with it so I ordered the exact same product and sizes from one of their competitors. It was delivered within a couple of days, fits perfectly and works perfectly.

I’m not saying all their products are useless, but the one sent to us was clearly faulty and the customer service process was annoying enough for us to never use them again and write this review. So use this information as you will 😂

PS: They still haven’t done anything about their faulty blind…

Ordered and paid online, really easy process. No notification of blinds being issued on due date so contacted the sales team who said we would receive an email when sent, which we did. Managed to damage a couple brackets but the sales team happily sent extra ones with no charge by royal mail so arrived quickly. Really please with the blinds, look great. Extremely disappointing experience — avoid if you expect a made-to-measure product to actually fit

I ordered a made-to-measure blackout blind over a month ago, and I still cannot properly use it.

The original blind was cut approximately 5 mm short on each side, despite me providing the correct measurements. The company then provided a seal to compensate for the gaps. The bottom section was also damaged and could not be closed properly, so they sent a replacement.

Unfortunately, the replacement part was then sent approximately 38 mm too long. I am now expected to somehow modify and assemble a supposedly made-to-measure product myself.

I am a technician, so I understand manufacturing tolerances and that window openings are not always perfectly square. That is not the issue. The problem is repeated poor quality control and basic measurements being wrong in both directions.

The communication has also been frustrating, with promises of resolutions taking weeks and multiple attempts required to get the issue addressed.
I have now spent over two months dealing with a product that I cannot properly use. A made-to-measure product should arrive ready to install — not require the customer to hire someone with tools to cut and modify replacement parts.

Very poor experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.
