I really do not see the point in this company. They have an amazing website, yet can't fulfill simple orders. I waited almost an entire month for a back ordered DVD and finally canceled the order. I went to another site carrying the same DVD and two days later it is being shipped to me. I think it would be better to find an alternative company in Europe that can deliver.

The worst company i have ever dealth with
Stay away from this company, they are absolute rubbish. they take your money, ignore your emails, don't send the products they have taken money for and are impossible to get hold of.
Stay away from this company unless you want to lose your money!!!!

Don't EVER bother with this "company"
I would wholeheartedly agree with the previous review on this company. The webste looks reasonable, but the shopping experience simply does not reflect this.
Your money is extracted from your bank with some vigour, i.e. immediately, but there is no hint of a product (3 months and counting, guys).
Queries by e-mail and even telephone are simply ignored, no matter how hard you try. Even their answerphone doesnt always kick in, leaving you listening to the ringtone before it eventually cuts you off.
The best advice to the average punter - steer clear of this company unless you want to pay good cash for a long wait.
