James Beresford (JB) of blmlaw.com
James Beresford (JB) of blmlaw.com was appointed by the court as the new Executor.
BUT JB could not show any fault with the past Executor P. Bartlett (BP) (Chester but has same biz in Liverpool & done by the Law Society in the past). JB could not see the 100,000 fraud done by PB.
see corruptsolicitors dot co dot uk look for tax-file/
JB could not see the fact that Bartlett did not list shares which my mother owned, and we found out by accident. JB listed a debt of my mother's funeral when in fact this was paid in full. And this was said after JB said he had all the paperwork from Bartlett on the case and Bartlett paid the funeral bill.
JB also helped to undervalue my mother's home at the same price as Bartlett.
JB could not see even when an expert accountant and paperwork stating my mother paid commercial rate was therefore entitled to Business property rates (BPR) that would save money.
All done to protect the past executor (P. Bartlett) mistakes by JB not saying like other lawyers that this is all wrong. JB & Bartlett did not look at the fact my mother's guest house has land which can be developed, and this is worth a lot (new files show it was part of a hidden development worth millions). Bartlett owns an Estate agent so he should know this.
BUT if they were to develop the land would they dig up the hidden well in the basement of the Guesthouse where many say past bodies were hidden (I was told to add this bit).
Then JB changed the locks 21/4/2020 to my home (court said I could live there as mum's home)
BUT JB ignores the fact the COVID19 law was in place and I lived there so he should have not taken any action like this. He knew it was a guest house. If there were guest they would by law stay put etc. JB lied saying he told me the locks were going to be changed & there is no such evidence. See email lie "email on 24/04/2 by Nick Gee. He states " Mr Jones was aware in February that the locks were to be changed ..." (Exhibit ChangedLocks.pdf). This was a lie to cover up a crime.
The SRA has been listed on Trust pilot and other things as not being a good regulator and you can see why. Lawyers gang up on you. I could add more but its all due to them controlling wills to get money out of the estate.
I am studying law and my teachers who are lawyers think there are serious crimes here with lawyers covering up and the SRA not doing their job. In the end, these are lawyers who with a police detective are covering up crimes against the elderly, with my mother’s inquest tape gone missing, the doctor struck off a pedo, and many others saying this was done to them, this needs investigation by a police force outside the northwest. There is a number of deaths which are listed as strange and the reason has been found out why. All the exhibit for this are at the corrupt solicitors web site.
And JB law firm BLM says it has zero tolerance on HMRC fraud but also does not report the fraud (as PB lied about 100,000 then PB paid 3k to final death tax then hide it from 2015 to 2019 when the debt was 10,000 but in fact less and PB knew this)... so they lie about letters to me and other issues. BLM state on their own web site zero tolerance on fraud.
